Hello Like the video, just would like to say, I have a 12 year old Cee'd , still going strong not failed an MOT yet !, , since I have had it and that's over 10 years ,great choice .
Man I love this car. Hoping to get one used in about three years time with some decent warranty left on it. Great review too! I was just surprised by the somewhat abrupt ending. 😌
That’s very kind of you mate! 😊Unfortunately at the moment my insurance doesn’t cover me to drive other people’s cars so I can only do stuff from manufacturers or dealers currently 😞
I've just popped over from your moto channel. I've had a BMW 335d (E92) for years and years, she's been a wonderful car, but the time is coming for her to go. I've been living in France for a while now, so I've been looking at 3 - 5 year old cars on the French used market...but there's a problem here! For some years now, the French have had a ridiculous government policy, whereby you pay a one-off tax when you buy a brand new car off the showroom floor, that tax is based on power output (and engine type, plus some other minor factors). You'd think that emissions would be the primary taxation factor. As a result, cars are expensive here, powerful cars are eye-wateringly expensive and used prices are inflated, as a result of first owners trying to recuperate some of those tax losses. A 3 - 5 year old 335d (Touring) is unattainable for me, I'm not spending 60,000€ on a three year old car. So, I revisited what I like in a car, small/medium in size, hatchback or estate for my current practical needs...and plenty of power. I've always liked the Ceed N, so I took a look, it turns out that Kia only brought it to France for a couple of years, then they stopped, because nobody wanted to pay 6,000€ in tax for a Kia. Long story, still very long, it looks like the best compromise of setting my wallet on fire, having the right car body shape and power is a 4 year old Volvo V60 T8. I know this comment is a load of waffle, but my rant shows a bit of engagement on your new channel which will be good for the algorithm. You're welcome🤣 Great review by the way, keep at it and I think you'll get some good viewing numbers👍
I had a 2006 Kia Sedona. Worst vehicle I ever owned bar none. Transmission self destructed just out of warranty and cost me $2k+. Leaked oil from everywhere an engine could leak and I ended up dumping it for $800. That being said, it does appear that Kia have upped their game lately. And their prices.
