Tudor did a good thing here: monotone scheme. While it’s not for me due to the size, this will surely please the large wrist crowd. Gilt is overplayed, and it was a breath of fresh air when Tudor omitted gilt from the BB54’s bezel insert.
Tudor still having major QC issues? I got my root beer when it was released and the hour markers arent aligned..... the date switches at 12:03:25am instead of 12am. I always hear QC issues from them too. I love the looks of tudor but they have unacceptable QC for a watch that cost thousands of dollars.
A date change within 5 minutes is completely normal. We’re talking mechanical pieces here. Gears and teeth moving together. Expecting a date change at 12 flat is delusional. Watch some videos which explain the basic workings of date wheels and the coupled gearings…
