I have been watching Chance since he started and he always shows a great variety of homes. Believe it or not finding your home may take some research of your own.
It's nice, for sure. Reminds me of when the wife and I were first looking for a new home back in the early 90s. We looked at one that was 32 x 80. 4 b3/ 3 bth with a den with a wood fireplace, and the one we have now, 28 x 66 which was a 3 br/2 bth with a living room fireplace surrounded by natural rock. The 32x80 was...look at this...$48,000, while the one we have now, the 28x66 was $32,000. WOW. Prices have jumped drastically in all those 30 plus years...lol. Glad we got this one, now, and paid for, along with remodeled and an entire front edition of 12x66 added, which has another bedroom, increased the living room size, and added a large sunroom. Don't believe we'd make it these days with these prices. So, I watch Chance to see the nice ones out there, and...DREAM...lol. Take care Chance.
This is a really nice home for a larger family that isn't looking for something too extra. I loved the shapes of the sinks. Very aesthetically pleasing!
Pretty long house, Chance!! Real Roomy!! It has a lovely kitchen and all the rooms have a certain kind of flair!! A Good Starting House For A Family!! You can't beat this option!! Thank You for sharing this with your viewers!!
Nice house, great video! I’d definitely use that extra corner space between the utility room and the bedroom for a freezer. That seems to be the best place for one in this house. Love your channel!
I could see one like this as a good fit for our 3 gen household. I would use the small flex room for a library/study room for the grandsons. The odd space in the hall off the laundry would be great as a drop zone. The fact that it has outlets would make it a good spot to put boot dryers for the wet/winter season muck boots.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the floating shelves in the kitchen and the laundry area. I love how big and spacious this place is. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤
This is a lovely home Chance. The space is amazing and would be perfect for my family. Congratulations on your beautiful family! It's hard to believe that your handsome 2nd young man is already a year old!! Man, the time goes by so quickly. I hope you and your lovely wife enjoy every precious moment. God bless 🙏 you all. Keep the great videos coming!
The floorplan is unique all right but with so much space, it gives lots of options. Great size for the price with good upgrade options. Thanks for such a good variety on your channel.
No, you can't get it in dry wall, this is part of the EPIC series and is a price point home and doesn't have many options except for the exterior, cabinet color and in the main bath a walk-in shower or shower tub combo.
Yes please more of this size and price , although I did like the big 2 story modular home that you had the other day but you can see such a difference in price too
Wow, this home has great potential! With all that space it could possibly be a great home for a person who likes to put on social gatherings. I think the kitchen would need to be expanded, though. Also one of the rooms could be made into a game room or a home theater. I personally think it would be a great place to have a hobby room where the family could store their hobby supplies and work on the things they love to do. I would put in some shelves and cabinets, maybe have some desks and great comfortable furniture. Fun ideas to think about!
That extra room could be a craft/sewing room, especially if you’re a quilter, it’s big enough for a large work table and adding shelving. it would be perfect.
I love that you tour such a wide variety of homes,Chance because you have such a huge and varied following. This home is awesome for many different people for many different needs. The only thing I would change is in the one secondary bathroom. I would want the one piece surround in the shub like in the master bathroom. I would put either a stand up or chest freezer at that space near the kitchen. If it’s carpeted there, I would remove it and have suitable flooring put in. Loved this tour. Thanks for all you do Chance.😁👍💜👏👏👏👏
This was a great home. Loved the layout and all of the space. If you were able to make a few changes here and there, it would be amazing. Loved the price point. Thanks so much for showing it.
Hi. I enjoy your reviews. I really liked this floor plan and the flex room. I'd like to see something with two master suites. Or something that is multi generational. TY!!
Space by laundry area is perfect for a freezer. Many of the homes you show don't have that. I like that there's no carpeting in the home. I very much like the layout of this home and yes,, I would leave out the tub in the master bathroom and install a shower. Other than that I very much like this home 🎉🎉
I don't usually bother looking at double-wides because we don't need that much space for just my husband and I plus MIL. But I LOVE x 3 this layout. Even if it is overkill for us. But just a little. We've been looking for a 3 BR single to seriously downsize from a 2500+ sqft. The idea is MIL gets the master suite and we get the two BRs - one being a private LR for us, where we can have our music/movies, etc without disturbing MIL. I would LOVE to find a Jack and Jill BR/Bath setup in a singlewide with a half bath for company. I've seen the J&J, but 2.5 baths I've not really seen. To find one with both - it's my unicorn, lol. The layout, price estimate and having a little extra room for guests really makes this extremely attractive. Even though my MIL and I agree, we do dislike those seamed panels. We'd live with it or drywall it later. If they're easy to clean, we might grow to like them!
New sub here! Love your vids! I’ve heard some bad things about Clayton homes. Do you recommend them? That type of wall reminds of the “t” word I grew up living in. lol I’d have to get the full dry wall throughout. Good looking home overall!
Heck of a price. There are board and batton homes that are less obvious but the obvious ones should be a rare treat. Not too fun to look at, but often enough, they are not all unaffordable, 😊
