This is 47FB Toy Hauler So Beautiful ! The modern colors & cabinet designs, the floor plan, the quality finishes & appliances are all perfect ! WOW !

Love this rig. Things I would change for us. 1. No carpet in living space 2. That sink counter needs to be an island, here is why. If someone is cooking or in the work space, you cannot get another person to walk past to get coffee etc. 3. Move washer dryer to storage up front and make existing space a walk in shower for guests. 4. That dinette will NOT fit 4 adults change to 4 chairs and expansion table. All simple changes. This is a beautiful unit that I would consider with some minor changes. Thank you for a great showing.

Beautiful unit. I tell and encourage everyone to upgrade to soft touch vinyl whenever possible. It really does help eliminate or deaden inside and outside noises. In addition soft touch vinyl also provides another layer of thermal insulation. In my personal experience, the location of the bed side outlets is terrible. Not just in this instance, but in just about every bed slide I've had. Working around plugs protruding from these outlets while making and turning down the bed is a pain. I've torn many USB cables accidentally tugging on them making the bed becauseeitherthe cable was wrapped in the bedding or I forgot anything was plugged in while tucking the duvet between the wall and mattress. I've never once needed to plug something in while already in bed. Therefore this location for an outlet doesn't make sense. Most of us don't have outlets at this height at home either. So why not mount them other side of the night stand itself? After replacing several cords I ordered flat plug power strips and mounted them to the sides of the night stands opposite the mattress. This dead space is ideal for outlets. This way bulky plugs and excess cord length is not in the way or cluttering the already tight and awkward space inside of the slide box. Nor are cords getting tangled in the bedding. Today's power strips are thin, well organized, and have more than enough amperage to fulfill the needs of bedside outlets. So why not use power strips on the side of night stands; plugged into outlets mounted under the bed or in the dead space just under the platform in the slide sidewalls? This way you avoid stealing some of the already limited night stand space for hardwired outlets on the side of the night stands or those terrible pop-up outlets in the top of the night stands where real estate is severely limited. For those using medical equipment (CPAP or others), using the same plug the power strip would be utilizing under the platform in the slide sidewall would provide peace of mind in the event the power strip does not. Cheers!

Noting that the build quality is superb I was really expecting a lot more from a visual aspect from the interior.

Another very nice 5th wheel from Luxe. But this one also has the ($250-$300) cook top. I would have expected a more expensive cook top for their low end model, considering what these cost.

Getting closer but still not there. I love the upgraded walls and body paint as well as real wood cabinets BUT…. Not fitting a golf cart in there. Someone needs to do a loft with an entry that is not in the middle of a walkway. The peninsula kitchen while nice creates a “dead-end” that cramps even two people. Also someone NEEDS to do a bathroom sink with a FLUSH medicine cabinet for headroom. My suggestions: Switch to an island Loose the loveseat, lengthen the main slide for more seats Put loft entry on road side with built in ladder Vapor door swings into garage Flush medicine cabinet or relocate and do mirror flat Offer half bath where love seat is(was)

One of the best layouts for a toy hauler I've seen. Surprised the aluminum is welded instead of screwed and glued. Screw and glue flexes with the coach and no chance of fatigue cracks.
