Nice home! But I don't particularly like the layout and I think they could have used a better grade of material for this price point in my opinion. Also the carpet was a no no for me. It cheapens the look of the house. I have to watch this video over again maybe I missed some things or didn't thoroughly pay attention. But did I see just one garage?? I do understand why builders don't finish the basement. But in this case I feel they should have completed it for $842,000. Backyard didn't show much as well. Overall it is a very nice home. I personally just wouldn't purchase for the asking price.
Hey Darryl, thanks for your input! 💯 Honestly, I like unfinished basements because I think a buyer can make that part of the house like they like it BUT I do understand totally why a person would want to see it finished…and especially at this price point. There are actually a few other things I would like to see at this price point as well such as custom shelves in the master bedroom closet…BUT this house actually went under contract the very next day after I filmed it. What I’ve learned is that we all “like what we like” and that’s okay. Thank you again for contributing to the channel! 🙌🏾👊🏾💪🏾😃
