When I was a kid we provided our chickens with something called “oyster shells”. The purpose: a source of calcium to help the chickens create strong eggs. It was in a dispenser/tray and they ate it as they needed it. Hope this helps.

One piece of technology I've been putting in vehicles for years, is a dash cam, with front and rear camera at least (some have four now). Saved me a fortune, someone did a hit and run on my car while it was parked on the street. Provided footage to insurance they dealt with everything, no deductible or anything. Other driver claimed he didn't know he hit anything despite hitting rear tire so hard, rode up that and across side of car.

LFG I highly recommend looking at a solar shower. In expensive packs easy and way worth it. Especially with the little one out in the woods. I have a trailer with water heater but we still use the 5 gallon solar shower.

Justin, you can just get some strut channel nuts (1 5/8") (McMaster-Carr website has them cheap) with some lift rated eye bolts for about $10-15 that will work perfectly as tie-downs on your rack. Or use regular bolts and some angle iron to make channels for stuff like your water cans, etc and drill holes in it for the hook of the ratchet strap. Lots of good DIY opportunities with those channel nuts.

LFG, you should look at ironman 4x4 water tanks, can mount it in the gap under the roof rack and can hold good amount of water for your trips.

Put a bowl of crusted oyster shells in the pin for all the chickens to eat. It's very common for first time laying chickens to lay a soft shell egg. Mine are going through the same thing. It can take up to or more than a month to get it worked out. No need to eat Martha lol

You can usually use any T-Slot attachment with Rhino Racks. You don't necessarily need to stick with Rhino. Good luck. Swing by for a beer if you roll through Albuquerque.

If you love giving the chickens natural fresh food use calcium builder or give them all natural banana or other fresh foods with calcium you can also use there own egg shells dry them out crush them and throw them in the pen it helps all the hens out keep up the great content I really enjoy watching your channel have fun and be safe

Does your duck provide security for the chickens? I’ve had ducks in the past and they will jack up and chase off smaller predators. A family friend keeps geese for the same reason.

Add some oyster shells...low on calcium. Causes egss to be soft or incomplete. Ck Tractor Supply for mineral supplements for all the Yard Birds.

Hey Justin it looks like the track system that is on there would take a 1/4 inch or 3/16 shaft eye bolt. Try just getting a lock nut for sliding in the track and a regular nut and washer to put up on top to lock it in. I think it will work like any versa track type system. Put regular nut up on eyebolt. Then washer and finally put lock nut up one thread past the nylon. Put lock nut in track with washer and nut on top of track. Move to where you want it and tighten. Problem solved for 10bucks or so. Keep em coming bud. You have never answered me but how is the big ass fan you guys got in the warehouse?

if your bow hunting again make sure that your using a 80% letoff or lower cpw will be checking bow letoff and enforcing it don't want you to get in trouble also the kokanee love worms

I'm not a fan of the topper. Unless. They're used in an application like this. Add the rack, add more storage. Overland/ Outdoor Adventures await! Also helps you've got it on a full size and not a smaller truck.

hey bud, just a heads up Colorado is pretty much on fire right now. Super dry with no rain in sight, might burn for awhile. check routes before leaving.
