I share your frustration about ghost date positions on otherwise well finished watches. "All fur coat and no knickers" my Mam used to say. Good list!! I like the sword hands Addiesdive. Might get it depending on price

That San Martin turbine watch looks good but they keep using ghost date movements with the date disc still present under the dial.

Great list Simon. I think the coloured San Martin is the best summer watch. No one else will have great colours like that. That proxima is awesome. All look great. P.s. thank for helping old man g. Oh and I wish someone would make that helm homeage with great lume. Can't believe that not one company stepped up to reproduce, especially if there is a 3 year waiting list

Hope you feel better soon, Simon. I love Proximas too - also got three, all different! Like you, I hope some AliExpress brands start using the Miyota 9075 movement soon; the only watch with it that I can buy here in Russia costs over 500 quid which is more than I paid for all three from Proxima 😮. As for your selections in this video, they're all bangers, mate. Cheers 🍻!

The Baltany is more BB pro than Explorer 2. Had my eye on the San Martin with orange bezel, it was on for £165 but just went up to £185 before the sale.

Rollstimi is Pagani, and have been selling on Amazon under this brand for years. Who comes up with these names?... they need someone in marketing that actually speaks proper English. The logo is good - get rid of the name. Good value though.

At least they just put the R on the dial. But for the love of whatever one finds holy stop copying the Tudor snowflake. It looks awful on the original, why the feek copy it? That huge onion crown half the size of the dial should also be shown the door as a failed social experiment of a bygone era

@WatchtheTime no Mate, I'm referring to you & every slimy British garbage Chinese watch salesman. The Chinese Watch Factory should really have added there New Sales Staff at a much slower pace. The fact that all you "supposed watch experts" started singing the praises of these Cheaply made Chinese Watches tells the whole truth what you're up to. BTW, the Chinese Factory that you Love so much employs CHILDREN as SLAVE LABOR, but of course that doesn't bother you as you keep receiving your own free cheap watches.
