New ALLOYS and TYRES on Brand New VW POLO Trendline 

We bought a new VW Polo Trendline (Base Model) couple of months back that came with stock tyres and rim size 175 70 R14
On Red Polo, these tyres look a little small and undersized so I decided to go one size up. I was in a hunt of Polo GT Alloys that are 16" with gunmetal design but in Ludhiana, I failed to do so. None of the tyre shops had it.
Thankfully at VELOCITY TYRES Ludhiana, I got Polo CL set of alloys of 15 inches which had Diamond Cut design. I immediately booked them and decided to go for it. Dimple Ji dealt well despite me feeling little ignored for first 10 minutes. Prime reason is, their shop was full of Fortuners/Scorpio and fat profit customers always have an advantage.
I was given a deal of Rs 28000 in the exchange of new tyres and rims. This includes 4 Yokohama Earth-1 tyres with size 185 65 R15 and 4 diamond cut original alloy wheels. I always prefer original instead of non-branded for better safety & longevity.
I have had good experience in the past with Bridgestone B290, Yokohama S-Drive and Yokohama Earth-1. These are highly recommended tyres. If budget allows, go for Michelin or Pirelli tyres as they offer better grip and Internationally holds better reputation.
