Great video! By the way, the designer of the original "Claud Hamilton" for the Great Eastern Railway was James Holden. I think the model depicts the loco in it's later condition as rebuilt by Nigel Gresley. Looking forward to further Newlynn Railway instalments in the future.
Hi, THanks, I was just glad to find one not over priced, and will sit well with the other two. Thanks for joining, It will be a From the ground up build.
Hi Clive, A very nice set of locos you have there. The 101 DMU I bought mine new about 4or5 years ago cost me £199 so well done on getting yours cheaper the shame was I orded 2 of them but 1 went back and I did a video on it called I think "the train that never was" nothing wrong with the train but my Hornby elinks fault. Cheers Robert.
cv150 0 or 1 give different motor algorithms, theres other motor cvs to play with that fine tune these, cv 151/152 or 153/154 just need the time to play around with them and find the sweet spot
@@newlynnrailway Thankyou.... It reminds me of my first layout that my dad bought me and my brother for xmas in 1972 when i was 6, although my brother has no interest in model railways now. The trackplan was almost the same except that the sidings inside were on the other side of the points, one came off the inside track and one came off the outer track, and there was a passing loop on the outer track as well.
