The blimp that we see very briefly in that one shot is jinx making a big play that was foreshadowed in powders first dialog from season one. "One day, I'm going to ride in one of those things"
@@twisted35 It would be cool if she commanded them directly from the luxurious thing she dreamed of getting into to destroy everything that that thing stands for. As George Lucas once said: "Its like poetry, it rhymes. " It would be so ironic and weight bearing.
Given how much of season 1's trailers came only from the earliest episodes, I've been wondering if this will be the same. Most or all of the events in this video will be in the first half of the season, culminating in the big fight between the sisters, where Vi is certain her sister is gone and one of them will have to kill the other... but then there will be a huge event that changes everything like in episode 3, and the next section will require Jinx and Vi to work together against a common enemy. Then at the very end of the season, they will have to make the tough decision of what their relationship is going to be like from now on. Allies? Enemies? Something else entirely? If the relationship between the two sisters mirrors the relationship of the two cities, I could see the storyline for both wrapping up the same way. They temporarily join up to fight an outside threat, then decide to tentatively forgive old wounds but separate from each other to heal, considering their past and very unhealthy relationship. Piltover cuts its losses, Zaun becomes independent, Jinx stays in one city, and Vi leaves to start a new life in the other
16:26 ✊✊✊Jinx has a halo over her head like the martyred saints. There's a cross on her chest. Maybe it's graffiti her followers did after her death as a symbol of the struggle for independence? Her braids cover her followers like the roof of a house.
- Don't think the ribbons equate to braids - What poster are you refering to - Monkey graffiti could be because the explosion was caused by Jinx, not necessarily that the character is Jinx. She isn't really the type to hide like that - Vi talking about her sister during the shot doesn't confirm anything either, might be intentionally misleading actually! For now I think it's Viktor BUT it could also be Jayce, he's the only main character absent in the teaser and this could be a call back to the hooded figure that helped him when he was younger
@@twisted35 It's possible the resemblance to Jinx's braids and the monkey graffiti are intentional and this is someone PRETENDING to be Jinx, perhaps to lead Vi or the enforcers into a trap since that's who they're after, or perhaps to encourage the people of Zaun to rise up as she seems to have become a sort of symbol of freedom for many people there
16:11 I have a theory that this scene is taking place at the deep of the undercity, where Vi took Caitlyn in episode six when she was stabbed, and where Caitlyn found huck. It looks similar with the purple tint (which yes is emmited from viktors hex core magic, but it may not be a coincidence that the deep of the undercity also had a purple tint), the sand and debris everywhere, and the hooded individuals surrounding Viktor, which we see in episode six when Vi and Caitlyn are searching for help, and when Silco was giving shimmer to them. I think it’s possible Viktor came down to this area because he knows these are where the people suffer most, people who have been forgotten and overcome by shimmer, and he wants to help them through his hex core magic, to heal them from their wounds, sickness, and addiction. It may even be possible that it’s Huck that Viktor is helping in the shot seen in trailer, but I believe all these people that Viktor would be helping will be the ones to start the cult of the glorious evolution, starting the faction of the people who were victims of shimmer like you mentioned
Since the next season/show will probably be about noxus it may depict the invasion and swains rise in power. I think singed gets noxian connections this season that will end up in the chemical weapons used in the invasion
At 10:15 and 10:17 i think the place might be stillwater prison so there might be a prison riot or jail break occurring because the gaurds have riot shields and batons
That's a very interesting observation, because I'm pretty sure Zaun in fact DOES have prisons/torture chambers on the lowest levels (at least, in League lore, not sure if it's going to be rewritten in Arcane, and thus in the lore overall, since Arcane is canon now). I think there are at least two, Dredge and also The Locker (Priggs Industries, torture chambers), though I'm a little rusty on Zaun's locations lore. So if not Stillwater, maybe it could be one of those? Hard to tell, since we only have 2 seconds of footage for now. It could be something completely unrelated
@@twisted35 I hope you are right, Jinx hits too close to home for me, I can not, not hope for the best for Jinx. If they do not kill her,she either goes to prison for life or she vanishes using her teleporter device..
True! I was thinking that it might have been built by Jinx's "followers" but this could also very well be a chem-baron or even just a random statue (of a deity or an important person)
@@twisted35I think it's actually the chem baron Margot, one of the barons introduced in ep 6 when Silco poisons them all. She has the same bolts on her chin and forehead as well as the strap over the nose
smeech looks desperate when fighting sevika and jinx has the pose of look who i found and is very relaxed. it looks Smeech thinks he has a higher chance of beating sevika for survival than Jinx. as Jinx is way more feared among the chembarons then sevika is, think the kid is jinx subordinate or adopted child
@@twisted35I think someone graffitied over someone else's art then. The OG art what's not of is what I'm saying. I'm think it's Jinx taunting or hinting Vi with something
I theorize Jinx has actually become a revoluntinary symbol for many Zaunite people and that wall art of her was grafittied by other Zaun people, not her. Jinx's artwork is a lot more chaotic and abstract than that
I kind of hope they do! I don't like characters having plot armor because of outside lore, and I think it would be a good way to shock the audience, especially if it makes sense in the show and people are just falsely confident because of the game
