Ekumi plaza is a massive one. This is just the beginning of the restoration of welcome transformation of aba Ariaria International Market. Great video sir I really enjoyed watching every minute of this video
Bro, Good video. However throughout your presentation. I did not see a single tree or shrub planted to beautify the place, just concrete and more concrete. Also the managers seem impervious to suggestions on how to improve the place: every time videos of this new market is shown, there is an avalanche of comments about traders displaying their wares on the corridor instead of inside their shops but nothing ever happens. One wonders how they get their feedback.
There should be parking anywhere inside the market. Rather, there should be a multi-storey car park site for customers and sellers. Let there be an electric scooter to navigate the expanse of land cover by the markets.
Has Alex Otti abandoned this project??? They should have built one block after the other instead of ALL of them at the same time, this will end up been an abandoned project
This is a business / Industral district so too much tree planting can't be done on the strip. After the old market is destroyed and leveled, a silicon tech valley should also built. A well funded modern Police Station should built, with CCTV installed everywhere and survexillance control centre. There are so many business possibilities in this location. Banks and other financial institutions, Drive-through Eateries, even a proper automated parking lot to generate more funds for the City can all be on the city's strip.
So a business district should be bland, treeless, boring and then what? In that case, Sahara desert will be a good place for such a district. Meanwhile the famous city of London business and financial hub or one square mile is full of trees.
