Hopefully rebinding the remote will correct it! I rhought for sure when you changed the esc setting that would be it . 😂😂 Look forward to the next run!

Here is a response from Arrma customer service regarding the issues with the Bigrock. "Michael, Our Product Development team has become aware of the issue you are experiencing with the ESC. It’s hard use those cards and feel confident you’re on the right setting usually when you try to raise the punch to 7 8 9 you realize it’ may not be correct
The Arrma fan boys are rough lol I got a bit of hate for bringing up that at this price point it should have came with at least the 6200 receiver with avc and dx3. Traxxas has tsm on everything starting at 300.
Earl guy found out the same thing about the ESC programming called isn't it funny how they use that you can only use the old programm I Arrma wind old school 😂 👍💯💯 watching something work
i wonder if that programmer will work with the 8s v2 i know updating the spektrum programmer doesn't work an with out it updating the esc isn't possible
looking at buying a big rock but does it come with the programme card or do i order it separately and which one? new to the hobby and i would really like to get everything right

The suspense is killing me! Will the ESC calibration be the solution? Tune in tomorrow to find out! Would be great if it does since it would be nice to be able to use the stock transmitter (though I think at minimum a DX5C is a good investment for anyone buying Horizon RCs). Razor didn't have this nosedive issue, but also he went right to running it with a DX5 Pro, I don't think he ran it with the SLT.
....Sometimes With MynBigRock 6S The Wheeling Will Turn In And Steering Stops Working ....Even Turning Wheels By Hand Is Impossible . .... I Have To Restart The Truck To Get Steering Back . ....Also The Hobby Shop Said Reset ESC About Every 6 Battery's ....How Exactly Am I To Do This ?
Correction on one thing Earl, you don't use the aux switch to adjust endpoints on a DX3. Maybe on the Promoto, but I've got like 6 of them, and you adjust the steering endpoints using steering rate knob. You use the AVC knob for throttle endpoints.
I dont understand why those program cards are so prominent, almost every time I see someone bust one out,something about it doesnt work lol. I just program my ESC's using the set button and the beeps.
@earlmoorhead5555 I have a drawer full of manuals ,but always end up going on Horizon's website and using the PDF version anyway. Most of my vehicles are new enough to where another version hasn't been released since I bought them. But thank you for all of this testing Earl, I originally planned on slapping the tires on,batteries in ,and just sending it in the yard. Now I know do take an extra couple minutes to bind DX5 and increase punch to 7 before trying it out. I'm sure it will keep it perfectly shiny for at least an extra 30 seconds 😂
