@@SupercarAlex150 What's up brother? I have some more coming in on Wednesday of next week. If you would like to order my website I would reship the same day I receive 💯
I just received my Kraton 6s V5 this morning and cannot realize how big it is. Not knowing, I ordered the wrong batteries , I ordered my connector adaptor this morning and they should come in next week. I am impressed on how big those RC cars are and I almost ordered a 8s, but that one comes with the batteries.
It’s crazy how quickly some of these releases are becoming available. I hope to get this truck out for a first run video very soon. 😄 As always, thanks for watching!
From my experience, the E-Revo 2.0 has stronger drivetrain components and ARRMA 1/8th scale vehicles have stronger suspension components. If you’ll be jumping often, I’d probably recommend the Kraton over the E-Revo. 👍 Thanks for watching!
@@skycorrigan6511 The transmitter/receiver is kind of hit or miss from my experience. It’s a great combo when it works. The system had some range issues in my Kraton, but the one in my Notorious was perfectly fine. If you have any issues, Horizon Hobby’s customer service usually does an excellent job.
Everybody is saying the upgrades aren't worth the extra $(50), but those are a lot of useful upgrades I won't have to do myself, so it could actualy save me money: $50 transmitter $ a lot for the small upgrades Hope the chassis wil be stronger than the old one
I agree, it includes a lot of nice upgrades considering the price difference.👌 I’m definitely hoping to put this new chassis to the test, I’m also very curious. Thanks for taking the time to watch!
@@LVC_RC If that new chassis is worth something, normal bashers like me won't need 70/75 stuff. Also, could you compare the responsiveness of the new radio to the old one and to something else, for example the Traxxas stock one?
Hey dude, nice video.. so it comes with/o batteries.. so which batteries do you recommend… and connector type.. do you have a link to exact batteries specs to buy.. thanks man.
Thanks! Here are some links to batteries I would recommend: 4S LiPo: genstattu.ositracker.com/322778/13968/url_30048 6S LiPo I use in my Kraton: genstattu.ositracker.com/322778/13968/url_29424 Both of the batteries I linked come with EC5 connectors, which are compatible with the IC5 connectors included on the Kraton. You will have to remove the sliding retainer on the Kraton's battery tray in order to fit the batteries mentioned due to their size. It's a tight fit, but they are excellent batteries. 😄👍
So have a question whats that red and black wire that's next to the spektrum fan whats it for? You can see it in this video time stamp is 5:07 please let me know
Jason seems to be doing well. I haven't heard from him much recently, but I saw on Instagram that they were putting up the sign for their new shop the other day. Not sure about the details. 👍
The electronics, steering top plate, and the C/D blocks should fit the V4, but the chassis and a-arms would need to be updated in order to fit the rest of the upgrades I believe.
@@LVC_RC Does the Kraton 6s v5 still has the diff issue of the older models? Sorry for the noob question. Getting into the hobby and gunning for the k6 as my first car. Cant find any info about it anywhere.

The diffs actually hold up pretty well. I'd recommend adding one of the included spare shims to the front and rear diffs on the ring gear side (total of 2 shims on each diff). It really helps improve durability; especially on 6s.
@@blackriderph4340 The transmitter should already be bound to the receiver out of the box and the throttle trim should already be set too. 👍 Have fun with it! Congrats. 😄
just received mine yesterday, I opened the box and found a damaged transmitter and front shock leaked oil over the entire truck😒, sending it back and getting a refund.
@@ByronRC Don’t get the fun with out the failures in this hobby, so it is still part of the fun. Also $1,000???? What the hell you got ripped tf off my friend
The IC5 is new the Smart Technology version of the EC5. It’s just a different color and has an added pin between the two main bullets for Smart batteries.
