best speed pad in the world is the Vancer Ice V2. Look it up if you want. Its the most smooth, and consistent pad i have ever used in my life. Its crazy how good it is
Cool. A while back I wanted to try Shidenkai then it got discontinued too. Have Skypad 3.0 XL for a while and it's great. Would be fun to try, maybe no need now if it's so similar.
@@Sznchester completely different for sure. It's firm and speedy. I liked it for consistency and it's fun too. Has a bit of a learning curve in start if you are not used to faster pads.
@@Sznchesterthey suck tbh. People will tell you they have a harder learning curve but really its not possible to habe muscle memory for them. Its an inferior meme product compared to cloth.
i just got the jet deskpad, and i feel like its good enough. It fixed my issues with my skypad pretty cool. I'll still get atleast one of the shidenkai cause of the color ill get the mid this time used to have the xsoft. (edit after 2 almost 3 months of using the fnatic jet, honestly if they had the poron base it be my fav pad till now but surface is pretty good. i mean the glide isnt the best speedwise its slower than shidenkai and glasspads but no dust problems and its been holding up great. i like it)

@@JooshLOL i did, it really just looks like a shidenkai clone, im kinda okay w my fnatic jet but it do slow down with enough oil, ill prolly get the new shidenkai when its out. but thank you
@@Creesl it's nothing like the shidenkai. It's not covered in little glass particles It's just a smooth surface idk how to explain. I would give it a try bro
i’ve been looking at the cera kin for a while now bc i want something fast and that has control plus the fact that it’s a hard pad means it’ll last forever. I don’t wanna buy a new cloth pad every year plus spending money on new skates in my eyes is better than a whole pad bc i use tiger ice dots and those are dirt cheap for how good they are
@@oi8891 bruh what ? Bro u fucking play apex of course the skypad is gonna help you more ☠. Skypad is a fast glass pad, Hien mid is more to the control side. Its just your fault for using a pad that doesnt fit you 💀
one reason why people choose the shidenkai instead of the skypad is because if constantly playing on glass pads the glides will consume fast as hell, the shidenkai also prevents you from purchasing extra sleeves.
lol i just copy pasted it everywhere cuz its the best mousepad ive ever had and im very picky with finding a speed pad that doesnt have a bunch of downsides. This is the endgame pad. Try it brosauce @@alucidrust
I had a Soft Hien, it got pretty worn out over a couple years(which is entirely acceptable given how much i use it) and got a Strider to replace it which isnt quite doing it for me. Debating between waiting for this or going for the Hayate Otsu. Might try extra soft this time around though, i love the squishy of the Hien compared to the Strider
I love my hayate otsu soft, i have used it for a decently long time now and have no problems with it. also used a zero mid which i didnt like the surface feeling of. but that's me.@@celzolsen8988

Been using the pad for just over a week and have already experienced 2 issues. First one being that there are already obvious wear spots on the pad that I can see if I record the pad with my flash on, these don't seem to be insane "slow spots" but the wear is there - dunno how that'll hold for the longevity of the pad. I do play upwards of 120 - 140 hours in 2 weeks so the pad's getting it's fair share of uses. The second issue being that with all 3 mice I had on hand (Basilisk V3 Pro, Viper Mini 8k, and my recently bought Pulsar X2H Medium) all had tracking issues where if I put the mouse down flat it would freeze and not move until a good few MMs of movement - I've tried tweaking all the settings and testing all sorts of combos with them but none seemed to fix the issue. It would also seem like my mouse was "lagging" in windows where my mouse wouldn't end up even near where I was moving it to - same thing with if I were to swipe the mouse back and forth it would either pause or end up in a completely different spot even tho my hand was only going from the same A and B position. Changing the LOD from 2mm to 1mm mitigated the "freezing issue" but the tracking issue was still there. I've got some x-ray Obsidian's on the way so ima test if they help with the tracking issue at all as it's not unplayable but definitely not fun when your mouse freezes whist your tryna 180 on an invisible shotty users that's stunned u from behind in THE FINALS 😆 I'll make an edit if the new skates help or hinder but if anyone's had any issues like this with cloth pads some insight would be greatly appreciated. Edit: FYI, I have a £10 mouse mat that I now user for padding under my keyboard but I tested the mouse on that and haven't had a single issue so I'm pretty sure I can rule out the chances of the mouse sensor being faulty - I'll be using this pad until my Obsidians arrive because my mouse stopping and starting randomly is doing my nut in.
Do the glass beads help reduce dust accumulation in the pad? One of my issues with cloth pads has always been that they "soak up" dust a lot, even if you regularly wipe them down with a micro fiber cloth.
Have you seen the NPET SpeedM? Imo it makes stuff like the Fnatic Jet irrelevant. It's just a really good, durable, humidity resistant, and stupidly fast speed pad made of Resin for a very low price.
Im gonna look into that thanks. for now my opinion is best speed pad in the world is the Vancer Ice V2. Look it up if you want. Its the most smooth, and consistent pad i have ever used in my life. Its crazy how good it is
@@JooshLOL The issue with those, alongside pads like the Fnatic Jet is the long term durability. They start out beautifully, but develop some major issues within 3-6 months. The NPET's resin surface doesn't have that problem. New Shidenkai should be a lot better durability wise, at least.
So this is finally going up for order on Monday, and I'm not really sure what I should go for yet. I'm coming from a Hien Soft. I don't know what the difference will be in going from a Hien to a Shidenkai. I liked the Soft quite a bit. Also how do you all generally clean these, I washed my Hien but I don't know how to approach the Shidenkai.

please review X-ray pads new equate v2, I heard it's better than the AC2 see how well it performs compared to it's other pads such as the AC2 and the AC+ as well as the original equate.

Since you like Glorious customer interventions, don't miss out on this comment. If you are coming from Glorious's traditional cloth mousepads, would you recommend the Zero or Hien?
Is there any benefit to using a shidenkai over a Raiden? If they play similarly i dont really get the point unless theres a significant durability advantage either eay

As long as you know how to use a mouse the control is not a problem at all. My radiant valorant friend has been using the vancer ice v2 from my recommendation and he says it's also the best pad he's ever had. ALSO BTW it IS on lethalgaming website it just doesn't say V2 in the name. But they've confirmed it is the correct one
Jet comparison interesting but the Ice is the real alternative to my eyes, not that I would take anything over an original Artisan in a similar price range.

VANCER ICE V2 IS AMAZING the best pad i ever tried. Idk about this one tho but vancer ice v2 is a solid choice if you want the best mousepad ive ever used
Went from Shidenkai to Glorious to strider to glorious, strider again then to jet and back to strider…again. It’s the only one that’s not become muddy or worn out within 6-9 months or sooner (glorious). I hate the texture of the strider and while it’s the most boring on my list, it’s been the most consistent over a very long period. Bananas

guys I almost fell of my chair from the amount of SHOCK i felt during the video. DUDE, this shit changed my life, I thought it was a typical clickbait title but boy I was wrong, I felt my heart rising from 69 to 200 bmp every minute of the video passed, I almost shit my pants when I heard him talk about the friction and speed of the pad. As Im writing this I am ordering atleast 5 of each pad so Im prepared if this shocking and magical piece of cloth gets sold out. I cannot thank boardzy enough of how much this video changed my life. what somewhat cheap mousepad would you recommend for me? I want something pretty much as fast as possible for like >20$ and I want a cloth mousepad (I hate hard pads) also something available
Razer Strider is a Hien clone thats readily available, i got one to replace my Hien and its pretty close, although it doesnt compare to an out of the box artisan, its as close as you can get for "cheap"

Hello everyone and boardzy too, I recently noticed a strange thing. Recently I decided to wash my mouse pads, and in the meantime play without a mouse pad just on the table and my aim has doubled. At first I thought it was a placebo, but no matter what I played, I began to shoot better, even in aimlab! Like im not a beginner in fps, i have 1500h in cs and 6000h in tf2 and Im played this game at lans. I unironically considered selling my hyperx fury s and qck heeavy to buy a hard mousepad. Do you guys think this will be a mistake?
If you play better on a hard surface, there's no reason not to get a hard pad instead, I didn't do as well on a qck or hyperx fury s either since they aren't great pads so I'd recommend trying other options, you won't regret at least having the experience.
