it is a product / side effect of the liberal leftwing woke brigade and the Police being ineffective and more interested in the rights of criminals and LBGT drag queens rights rather than actually being bothered to fight crime !! More interested in arresting old men making tweets !!
The Government are spending £5m per day housing so called refugees in hotels up and down the country, meanwhile ordinary Brits are left to fend for themselves against inflation which has never been this high in the past 40 years... You just couldn't make it up... we are completely lost as a country.
The root of the problem are the woke judges, they keep criminals out of prison where they should be locked up... prison is just a revolving door and the ones paying the price are the citizens who end up caught in some dumb beef over drugs money or some other bull.
I grew up not far from here in Page Moss and it’s absolutely heart breaking the murder of this child. I’m sure, like me, many of us with children will be numb. I live in Dublin now, which has its problems like any city in any country. People in this area will know who pulled the trigger but the old ‘snitches get stitches’ mentality runs through the area along with fear of the north face ninjas and their electric bikes.
Nah when a child innocent child gets killed there no snitches get stiches mentality the shooter will be caught. No one protects child killers or nonces
Liverpool has the biggest “anti-grass” attitude out of any city in the world. But this little girl dying is too far. Scousers do always do the right thing
i wouldn't call this snitching we need the bastard who did this caught and locked up for life we need to rid the great city of Liverpool of these scum once and for all
What an aggressive little policeman! Stepped way over the line with Charlie in my opinion. Was he not quite within his legal right to stand where he was?
In the USA, if it's not taped off... it's open. I would refuse to move until the grass is entirely taped off. When the tape goes up, I'll move. Until then it's not a lawful order and the grass is public property and it's not taped off as a crime scene.
No, common sense showed the fence was part of the barrier, once Charlie crossed it & started contaminating the crime scene the female officer advised him not to, he refused, he called for back up, Charlie got off lightly.
Little girl shot dead in Liverpool. Your waking into the area of a crime scene, the copper is from Liverpool maybes he’s absolutely distraught at what has happened. Regardless to the police barrier there or not you walked onto the grass knowing that the WPC was asking you to move also albeit with no great authority- you weren’t going to get anything out of going 200yrds up the road on that grass.
I think that's what happened matey he looked really upset and I think in the end Charlie clocked onto that and humoured him. No harm done but given the brutality of the crime.pretty sure this officer was upset.

Two different levels- theoretical and pragmatic. You can make a statement whilst displaying a contrary action, because the theoretical statement holds value in creating future situations, whilst the pragmatic statement bears relevance to the current moment. The theoretical statement addresses ignorance in the theoretical portion of a persons thought, which correlates with a direct influence on future action, whereas the pragmatic response is related to the physical body, not the mental body, and correlates with the current situation. This is a clear example of how the nervous system and the muscular system correctly function in harmony with one another. But yeah, it's funny
@@lewisb85 shut up moron, the police only solve crimes they have too, the rest gets swept under the carpet. They only appear to be doing their jobs right when a high profile crime is committed, and even then all they wanna do is violate everybodys rights. Suppose youre gonna pretend to have a law degree, which website did u buy it from?
It's a fucking crime scene... Where a nine year old was shot. He wasn't nasty, Charlie was playing dumb and trying his luck as he usually does and it didn't fly this time.
@@11274reece If they don't want people there, put a corden up. Simples. Do you really think the locals, didn't take pictures or video, when it happened.
You need to learn when to back off ! The police have a lot to do here and you aren't helping The word here is RESPECT This family and the local community have had a massive shock For Gods sake man show some sense and dignity for once
And the aggressive police officer who instead of politely approaching Charlie decided to immediately grab his arm and forcefully remove him from the area showed "respect" in your opinion? "Respect" doesn't mean bowing down to any authority no matter how wrong they are, Charlie was well within his rights to stand in the public area as he hadn't made any attempt to cross any marked police tape. If the officers were too negligent to correctly cordon of the area that's on them, not members of the public.

He was not arresting or detaining. He was only guiding Charlie away. And that does not require physical contact. Only if Charlie was refusing to leave would he have reasonable grounds to use force. So the cop was well in the wrong.
PC 3303 you have a very serious attitude problem, you certainly know how to escalate an innocent mistake, and you clearly show how to assault someone by grabbing and holding onto his arm, even when he was walking away following your demands.
They cant do their jobs right anymore. If u dont want people near your scene then u put tape up, then to nearly drag him down the street and treat him like a criminal, THAT is criminal mate!
So instead of walking you back the way you came from he drags you further into the crime scene onto the pavement . In his head Look at me i am in charge of an important crime scene .
@@Cheezwizzz yeah your right it's his lawful right but u would need to be an absolute wank stain start playing the victim on a video where he's supposedly informing his viewers that a 9 year old has been killed , it's just common decency not to get as close as u can to the house of a little girl that's just been killed for fuckin RU-vid views , and your a rocket for defending him 🖕
I would say gun crime was worse in Manchester and Liverpool in the early 2000s than it is now. Still incidents like this are utterly repulsive and lets hope the scumbag that committed this atrocity is put behind bars where they belong.
That Constable was very highly strung trying to remove you from an area absent of police tape, He should accept the fact they messed up ,and plenty tape on that reel to finish the job, only going to get worse as those that look in to things, matters, events know what Those in control want, and this is just the start. Thankyou for going and filming, keeping it real👍
I agree. It wasn't clearly marked out where the crime scene border was on that side. It was perfectly reasonable to assume the grassy area was still accessible. Charlie did not deserve the attitude he was presented with by the officer. The officer should have immediately understood that if there was any confusion from a member of public where the boundary was, that it was not the fault of the member of public, but it is the responsibility of the officers themselves to make sure that the boundary is clear and obvious
Charlie wouldn't have had that attitude from the policeman if he had done what the police lady asked first time while at the crime scene of a murder of a 9 year old girl.
@@Necrovamp101 A highly stressful situation for all involved. The last thing the Police need is the distraction of someone filming. Love Charlie’s work but in the wrong here I think.
yes no marker but he was told nicely a few times before the police got strung, they are just doing their job and respect doesnt go one way if you want it you must be ready to give it.
Makes me laugh, Kingsheath Ave is not Knotty Ash, no matter how much the council want to beef it up. The average house price is £100,000, and it's done nothing but go downhill for years. I did live around there. Hats off to Charlie for getting over there to show us what's happening.
This is a very sad time for Liverpool that poor little girl i'm so saddened/Angry about this whole incident and the other recent murders in Liverpool and it will give the haters more fuel Liverpool has an unfair bad reputation as it is! Believe me the good outweighs the bad in the city
In the 70’s and 80’s I was an officer and we controlled the streets. Hard policing works. Modern soft approach has allowed the vermin to take over and control things …….
Police officer shows superhuman restraint against RU-vid Auditor looking for likes and subscribes at the murder scene of a 9 year old child. Anything for content, eh Charlie! 👎 (You knew that walking on the grass would get a reaction because you looked back. You're not stupid. You were going for the reaction. Not cool!) (A family utterly destroyed and there you are looking for Police reaction. Pretty vile actually!)
The uk has definitely changed i grew up in the 80s yes we had crime but not on this scale or depravity, the silent invasion of our little island has a lot to do with it people coming to the uk unchecked for criminal history ect.
"stop obstructing us" he says to man who's not even on the pavement but stood on grass that he has walked half a mile to get too.. And they wonder why we hate the police
They dont wonder at all. They know the public hate them for their condescending behavior and choose to carry on. They do not nor ever will work for you, the public. They all have crowns on them and that is who they work for.
I,m 72 and no, it's not always been like this, there's no excuses, but successive governments have allowed this insanity to progress, not enough prisons, therefore criminals have been let off with a slap on their hands instead of being given custodial sentences to deter them .
A little girl has died and the police will be trying to establish exactly where the killer came from and to which may have been across that grass. Unlikely but possible and your trampling around could not care less about damaging evidence footprints etc disturbed mud. Copper was correct to be angry you knew the reaction you would get
Then tape if off. Don't get mad at somebody for going somewhere that isn't taped off. Copper was incorrect to be angry because the area wasn't taped off.
sick of this guy man a child’s just been murdered and he has to once again use this to make it all about him, just do one, let this family grieve in piece without you wandering round filming and causing a scene, as if that neighbourhood hasn’t been through enough, no regard for anyone else but himself this bloke
Hmmm weird your like the idiot from shark party - wanted the comic dead for a joke = didnt want the shark killed that killed his mong friend for dressing up as a seal & swimming with a great white shark THE FACT is simple = the vermin are protecting this man who killed that poor kid poison every smackhead , poison their gear whatever it takes . If that man was a brummy or a manc = hed be in a cell or an early grave ! even the police KNOW who it is
@@teviottilehurst yea cut backs might be a problem but how many people have to get hurt especially children when we've got idiots running around with guns and knives? Surely there's enough police to send to problematic places and do some real police work with crimes that are killing innocent people
I've gone off you again Charlie. You know feelings are very raw and that everyone is hurting, yet you disregard this by deliberately encroaching on an area that is off limits. That is not the action of someone who genuinely cares. That is the action of an arsehole.
Charles is one of the best UK auditors on RU-vid but like all of them he deliberately goads the police. And I’m sorry there is just no justification for it whatsoever at a crime scene where a child has been shot dead hours before.
@@dbg32 won't be long before he starts to annoy Manchester police too they will just start arresting him for breaking the peace when hes obviously antagonist to public

Appointed milk monitor at 8 and now he has managed to elevate himself after countless years of study to now be appointed grass monitor at 38, shows what you can achieve lol.
PC #3303 was unprofessional, rude and aggressive, he did not have to go hands on with Charlie just to remove him from the grass park area which I might add was poorly taped off by the police. That's the real problem with constables and officers in this day and age, they feel it's their lawful right to use physical touching and force on people whenever that perfect opportunity to do so presents itself, when in many cases just talking, advising and instructing a person to do something in a professional and polite way can achieve the same goal.
definitely. It would not be a member of the publics fault for not understanding demarkation that were not clear enough. The attitude that was received was not, in my opinion, one that was deserved. I understand that people can be in different places in their journey of understanding, and when meeting, may not see eye to eye, because they have not currently crossed each others paths in a way that would make them understand each others motive clearly. Further consideration will be needed in that respect. The main thing for the officer to consider is the effectiveness of their demarkation of a crime scene and also the assumption that there will be an understanding of what that is from the general public as they pass. They can not assume that everyone will understand what a police barrier is, and they cannot assume that someone will understand their personal understanding of the demarkation, if it is not sufficiently clear enough. Expecting people to be able to understand his idea of where the boundary is laid is foolish, because it means lacking a basic understanding that someone else's thought can contrast with their own.
@@parallaxview6770 The police tape was across the street only, to keep cars from entering. Nothing else was taped off, hence Charlie was fully within his rights to walk AROUND the tape. A policeman cannot just bark unlawful orders. No tape, no barrier. #Simple
@@parallaxview6770 Try understanding the law. He did not have to yield to UNLAWFUL commands. No tape, no barring. ONLY the road was blocked off. Not the park NEXT to it.
These nasty attitude officers really tarnish their overall image. I'm beginning to wonder if it's in their training to be aggressive, assertive and not to negotiate to fulfill their objectives. All he had to do was to say "sir stop please, it is a restricted area, we should have put tape around it" while entertaining a couple of follow up questions. Then if there is still any resistance to leaving warn that you he would need to remove you etc
Cop uptight as F! No need to be so aggressive the area should have been clearly taped off! So very sad the murder of a 9 year old child there are no words

Not a wise move on your part Charlie. Show some respect man. The last place you should be filming is at a crime scene. Anyone with any sense would have told you to 'do one'. Shameful.
isnt it a bit ghoulish of you to keep visiting these sites of recent atrocities. i mean they probably have enough with all the paparazzi getting coverage, yet now they have to contend with amateur vloggers showing up

They have you over a barrel now dont they. It never works out well giving in and just admitting something to save trouble. It will be on PNC marker that you are a known offender. Paying that penalty notice has given them all the tools they need to put you back in the box.
If you knew anything of Charlie's history and his brushes with the law in London then you would be aware that the police already know him and have him marked. Paying a fine makes no difference whatsoever.
What a bell end that copper was. Tape it off if you don't want people walking on the grass, if there's any chance their might be some evidence there then just shows how incompetent they are.
Maybe if the police took 9 year olds getting shot as seriously as they do about somebody legally filming in public, they might start seeing a reduction in crime? Terrible attitude.
@T B It has nothing to do with it. Maybe look at the relationships within families, the lack of discipline in a society which is falling apart, not because of ones colour, but because of socio economic issues, along with mass media mind manipulation.
Banning guns wasn't good. Criminals don't register guns so by banning them, you only get criminals holding unregistered weapons and not good licensed gun owners protecting an area.
their are a lot of brutalised people around who do not hesitate to use brutality against other people. Especialy against people who show no antipathy towards them. They are cowards and bullies
