received them yesterday and of course very happy with this new model. as you say, grey New Balance you can't go wrong, will always stand out in time. this specific model is beautiful and vey comfortable.
These look brown under certain lighting hard to tell..would love them to be a little darker as I already have the grey 993s. Have yet to see them in person

Of course! It is as beautiful as a shoe can be. I went true to size and they fit perfectly. The song I used is an unreleased lil yachty song called "the Deep End" you can find it on RU-vid and Soundcloud.
Is it comparable with the 990v3, v6, 1906r, and 2002r in terms of comfort? With those models, I can walk for like 5 miles without any foot fatigue or sores.
Great review. My 993s and 990v4s fit very nice in a size 9, and my 991's feel a little tight along the midfoot for a size 9.5. Would you go size 9.5? Hope they drop in Canada soon. So frustrating.
I went true to size on my pair and they fit perfectly so I would go true to size but I don’t own and 991v1 so I can’t make that comparison. I hope you can get a pair soon!!
I’ve sprayed several shoes in the past and it always seems to help. If it rains a lot where you are located at I would suggest it. Can’t ruin that buttery suede!
I’ve read some reviews, I noticed a small amount of people complaining about the quality control. Have you noticed any issues with your 991v2’s after all these months?

Checked NB store today here in UK and they finally had my size! Been eyeing these since release but never been able to get a pair. Instant grab. I'm also fortunate enough to have a pair of 990v6 and 2002r so I'm curious as to how these compare.
I am a huge fan of the 990v6 but honestly I have been loving the 991v2 a little more recently. I have a video comparing the v6 and the 991v2 if you haven't checked it out!
@@samdopkosky they're really comfy but I need something more "lifestyle" if that makes sense. I find the v6 are a little harder to wear you know. Oh and I've seen it mate. I try to watch all the videos you post 👌🏻
Love this shoe. I ended up getting the jjjjound 2002 instead but I plan to eventually get these. Is is gray the exact same gray as the 990v6? It looks like it has more of a tan tone to them
I wanted to jjjound 2002r so bad, I’m so glad you got a pair! The grey on the 991 is a little bit darker compared to a 990v6 but it’s hardly noticeable
@@samdopkosky I paid resell for them but the price keeps dropping. Wish I would've waited a week. I don't have a 2002r at all so I thought this worked out well. Either way can't wait to get them in hand
I just checked the prices and was shocked with how low they are. I’ve never seen a jjjound collab sit that low. I’m eventually get a pair for myself. I also need a 2002r! I hope you enjoy your pair!
