I usually wear a size US11.5 for all 990s and can also fit a size US11. In the 991v2 I also went for a size 11.5 and I think a US11 would be too small for me in the 991v2. As for you, do you go half size down from TTS in your MiUS pairs? Or do you stick TTS? I think TTS is the way to go.
