I just bought my first pair of grey 993's a few months ago and I love them so much I will be picking up the purple color way. Thank you for showing these because the New Balance website picture doesn't always show the true colors of the shoes. Great review. Thank you
The colorway is fire. And great review as well. Your content is always on point. However, I will be going after the purple colorway. The green has been done so many times and so many ways (JFG even though it was a more washed out version). If you missed JFG, this is a better look just without the cachet. The purple tent done that often (which is why the purple 992 is so coveted and hard to get). Other than the purple Teddy Santis 990v4, it’s a hard get. This green 993 has more wearability but the purple will be more collectible. Love your channel. Keep up the great work.
There are so clean!! I would go for these if I didnt have the Sage JFG 993. Im def going for the purple pair though. Thank you for your thoughts and on feet!
Easy cop on 25th. I always get 1/2 size down from my true size on 993. Also they are my favorite line from New balance. Though the 990v6 has grown on me.
These are a 🔥 pair. I’m definitely going to get these on or around release b/c I have a pair of kith shorts that will pair well with this chive color. I doubt these green pair will go on sale down the road at my size. I’m going to also get the purple pair, but I’m going to wait to see if those go on sale, which I hope they do. Good review Sean ✌️
Tough decisions here. I’m focused on the interstellar pair because it reminds me of the purple JFG that didn’t drop, and the first 990v4 to release last year. These are even better than the sage JGF IMO. More vibrant (just heard you mention vibrancy while I type) with a muted midsole.
I think 993 is more stylish than the 992 personally. The 992 is also amazing though so that’s not to put it down at all. I grabbed the interstellar pair for me girlfriend and I. It was an expensive week, but purple is both of our favorite colors so I couldn’t pass em up!
I don't have any 993s in my NB collection. Once I saw the preview for these and the purple one, I knew I had to get the purple, also cuz I have so many green NB colorways. But the JF Sage colorway would be the exception if I did decide to pay resale prices.
Have a quite a bit of the 991’s and 992’s….this color way is nice, but I’ll pass. Color or collaboration is really going to have to knock my socks off to pick up.
These are dope. I already have the JFG Sage and Nori 9060s so I’ll pass on these. I’m a big fan of the interstellar pair though, so hopefully I’ll be able to cop
This is the pair that I was most drawn to when I first saw the photo releases, but at a price of £210 don't think I'd get a huge amount of wear out of them so had to pass.
I think it’s a pass for me but like others mentioned, I hope this means more colors coming down the road. I always have a hard time keeping white shoe tongues clean, my jeans would stain the shit outta these
I disagree in comfort for the 993. Very stiff and takes a while to break in. I turned them into work shoes but anyway this is a beautiful shade of green but easy pass for me
Woohooooo I was just able to COP 'M!!! Cant wait for them to arrive, im a size 10 tts but went 9,5 like you said as im having my v6 in 9,5 too and they fit great, my 991v2 are tts size 10. Thanks man these shoes are unreal
Welp, got these when I said was going to get the interstellar pair instead. The mesh of the 🟣 turned me off to them. I’m not sure if I should’ve went TTS. They’re good lengthwise, but it’s tight around the sides of my foot. These are my first pair of 993s so I wasn’t confident in my choice of size. I don’t half size down in my 990v3, I like the roominess.
