Very nice and informative video. Loved it. I am deciding between Glanza AMT and Baleno AMT. I have noticed Baleno AMT returns a better real time mileage than Glanza AMT while I was test driving both the cars. Also I have heard about similar experiences from some other people. Is it true? Or may be I'm wrong?
I don’t see anyone is making a video or including it in their video, if navigation works on HUD. If yes, what does it look like on Baleno Alpha HUD. That would be the best utility of HUD for me, depending on what it looks and feels like.
CVT is far better than AMT but if ur criteria is only to buy a automatic only for city driving conditions u can go for AMT but don't expect performance from AMT CVT transmission is far smooth then AMT and also milage will be low compared to AMT , hope this solves ur problem
@@anuragvr7773 Amaze CVT for first time driver. Its quite smooth and easy to drive. You get partial sports mode and paddle shifters. Moreover, honda is a more perceivable brand. Trade offs with amaze are outdated features, build quality, cheap quality interior. For premium features, premium interior, i recommend, you can go with new i20 CVT. I am using i20 Asta CVT for past 8 months. I am quite happy with it in city driving. On highways, you will feel underpowered. With smaller engines, you will always feel underpower with CVT with amaze as well as i20. On steep mountain roads, cvts are not reliable to climb. You will feel, the car may go back unless the car havw hill assis feature.
I have been a manual driver and wanted to switch to automatic. Have tried all nexon amt, jazz and amaze cvt, venue imt, s-cross automatic and Baleno AMT. Not sure why people go by name or saying best autimatic technology bla.. bla.. At the end of the day what matters to driver is not technology but practicality. AMT is almost a manual, only drawback I can see is headnods while hard pushing. In new Baleno it is contained a lot. Jazz and Amaze CVTs are very lame, you wont get the power when you actually need it, all you can hear is engine noise. Nexon AMT also has that delay in power delivery, venue imt is what I liked a lot its awesome infact. I chose Baleno AGS because it fits in my budget and Maruti has done an amazing job in fit and finish, build quality, engine refinement and last but not least mileage. Its just my opinion based on my observation and research. I am a swift manual vxi owner, i say Im a new driver.. driving since 2018. Hope this helps you.
It's a huge misconception that AMTs are reliable and are cheaper to repair. They are the worst type of automatic transmission which I wouldn't touch with a barge pole.
If you want assured build quality and looks in budget then nissan magnite turbo is better but if you want mileage! New features! Engine refinement and if you're ready to risk for build quality then baleno! Since it's GNCAP isn't tested yet soo you'll have to trust Baleno
