I think it would be fun for you to tame some "unorthodox" creatures....try to tame something you don't usually tame! Chalicotheriums are fun and very stronk, maybe a bear something along those lines. Would be fun to see!
Doeds automatically harvest stone that's nearby if their weight is below 50% of max. No need to set them to anything or press anything. It does however take some time for the doed to sense the stone, so sometimes you might need to hover for a second or 2. Ankys can do the same thing for metal and so can beavers for wood, though they have a lower aoe so it's trickier.
@@CHloE748 I belive it might just be for metal nodes with the anky. But I haven't played ark in a bit, so not sure about the current situation. Also, my experience comes from playing on PC/steam, could be different for the oher platforms.

I never use those types of traps for smaller dinos I use ones with stone doors and a ramp so the dino chases me into the trap I use those for even allos and yutis . but the type of trap you are using I use for things like rexes Gigas spinos
If, IF you get the Male in the end, then the Megatheriums could be called Mario and Peach, since the Male practically Mario hopped his way out of the trap, and it's self explanatory as to why naming the female Peach purely based around naming the Male Megatherium Mario.
Female Character Name suggestion. Terrah, named after some type of Diety of Motherhood or Earth Mother, I'm not too clued on its origin. But fitting for the first female.
I do notice you don't get into nearly as many dangerous and silly situations as in your 100 days challenges. It's probably because you have nothing pushing you to rush or take risks, so why not set some additional challenges? You did mention never taming a mosa yet. Maybe that's a nice challenge for this - tame the things you never tamed before, 'have at least 1 of everything" or, more challenging, breed everything that can breed at least once. Which, by the way, includes wyverns
FYI if I was you I would upgrade the melee on the dodic and anky because it makes them collect more resources and it's really good love the content tho have a good one.

Dunno if it's of any help, but could you place the gates before you aggro a megatherium and get it trapped without the hassle of having to lure it in? Haven't tried doing it myself, the way I normally trap megas is very different
