Branthwaite is not worth 60m. He is a prospect for the future and still a very raw centerback. I cant see what make him worth more than 45-50m. Branthwaite would be a mistake even at 50m...45m max... He is young & inexperienced although quick he reminds me alot of Maguire. For 45m & his age is an option but anything over 45m is crazy...not when Todibo is available, even Tah, De Ligt & Tapsoba can be signed for between 50-65m We paid 55m for Martinez & Branthwaite hasnt proved anything yet....& even then Martinez should have cost 40m.

Was generally impressed by Guehi...he keeps things simple & tidy, concentration seemed decent. Not really tested by Serbia...my concerns would be how he deals with pacier players, & whether he can bring the ball out, range of passing & keeping possession.

Being dutch myself a lot of people don’t understand dutch culture, firstly direct translations can be misleading because the context changes the meanings of words in the dutch language. If is £60m for him in this transfer window, than it's a flop. When you need to bring in at least 5 new players to have better squad quality and depth, you cannot bring in a player for more than 45m. This will force Man Utd to bring in some players too cheap or barely get up to 3-4 players only. Or maybe there are big bids on current players from the squad, where they can leave. But +60m players should only come into a team that is almost a finished squad rebuild or finished rebuilt squad
