I am who I am, people either like it or don’t. But I’ve done well being me. I’m not trying to get people to move here. I’m telling a story about NB. If they like NB, great. If not, that’s fine too. My goal always is transparency regardless of whether or not I sell homes.

Yes. We have a ton of supply, and relatively very little demand. So it’s not the textbook supply and demand.

Because the wealthy are purchasing houses at higher values while the lower priced houses sit on the market. i guess I'm headed to Florida! your growing too big too fast. no inter structure or roads to accommodate the traffic. glad your town is doing that well, that soon! Glad you put out this video before I made a horrible decision! i want to retire, not sink my money into a 20 year plan. will be deleting all New Braunfels related media, thanks to you!
