People moving to the NB area should know that eventhough homes are a bit more affordable here... you will be driving to San Antonio, San Marcos and Austin all the time to go shopping, restaurants, etc. Our mileage/gas has tripled now because there's not much in New Braunfels and what we have is actually very expensive!
We’re moving to New Braunfels in the spring time due to all the reasons you mentioned in your video. Also, it’s in the middle of the big cities, Austin and San Antonio.
Love your videos Raad. We moved to Meyer Ranch in NB last Summer from California, took about 9 months for the house to get built. Would love to hear about the average price here now.
I really want to move there but cant retire for 5 years.. My mom moved there in 2018 and for personal reasons moving back to California. I wish I could move there now but I need more pension and want my full SS. Plus like many sell my house. Guess sadly my point is its crazy now as far as inventory and house prices sky rocketing where will it be in 5 years..? Take good care..
Freddy who knows in five years right? A lot of that sends on where rates are, trades, materials. More available homes for sale equals a more level market and meeting demand
Yes I get the reality of that.. I have only owned my recent home 5 years . I get real estate messages telling me it's already worth more then 200 k then I paid for it. Whether it is or isnt not sure how long that will hold with the present dismal government, inflation, etc. Thank you your reply though Raad. I have had my eyes on New Braunfels area since my mom moved there but timing is everything..And presently that is not on my side.. Thank you..Will continue to watch any new videos you make..Good insight on the situation there in the NB area..Take good care..
As a California refugee who is enjoying their new home state please don't try to change TX. Thankfully NB is a conservative town but so many transplant pushing their crazy liberal agendas and trying to change others parts of TX. Why move to the great state of TX if you don't like how conservative/religious folks are here, it's policies/laws, etc?!?! If you move to TX please embrace it all and completely. #dontcaliforniamytexas
@@alwaysinsearch a BIG reason people move here is because of the friendliness of the people. and the fact that no one is trying to tell them how to live. That's why our client families left their states. Because they were being told how to live. That's not us in Texas. We simply kill people with kindness here. That is all.
