My heart is utterly shattered. Her Majesty the Queen was an inspiration to me, someone I looked up to immensely and felt such fond affection for. Through 70 years of steadfast service to the United Kingdom, the Realms and Commonwealth, The Queen became a symbol and beacon of light and stability in a turbulent, fragile world. She brought us all together in life, as she now brings us all together in grief over her death. The world has lost one of the most incredible people to have ever stepped foot upon it. Now, as the Second Elizabethan Age has come to a close, we enter a new era, under our new King Charles III. As King of all the Commonwealth Realms, he has a monumental task ahead of him, and in the midst of his grief over the passing of his dear mother. My prayers are with him, and let us now proudly and in one voice proclaim: God Save the King!
I live in Indian Republic ,but as i hate politicians absolute rule here ,I becomes a monarchist ,and royalist ,I will support King Charles iii and Crown in my entire life ,God Save The King
It feels euphoric to know that this anthem is returning after 70 years but it also feels sad to know that this anthem comes with the death of a great monarch and the end of a golden age, let us hope that King Charles III will live up to his mother's legacy, God Save the King!
@@ContagiousSponge yup, the Britain will have a Queen once again if Prince George of Cambridge will have his first daughter in the future. It will take us a very long time to witness another Queen of UK
God save the king!! and R.I.P queen Elizabeth ll you were the best queen in the uk 🇬🇧 we all love you ❤️ you were so loyal and kind and may your soul Rest In Peace 😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧goodbye queen Elizabeth ll 😭😭😭😭 queen Elizabeth ll 1926-2022 ❤️ and I send and my love and support and my thoughts and prayers to the royal family and hopefully there live gets better soon ❤️
The late Queen was an inspiration to us all. Whether a monachist or not, she taught us patience, tolerance, strength and unity. We should all respect her as a national and international leader with historical attachment. I don't think anyone can replace her.
Condolences from USA. Beautiful anthem for receiving a new Monarch but remembering the passing of the old. Best of wishes from across the pond and I hope England carries on in the best tradition of making people proud of their King and proud of their heritage.
From Britain’s oldest ally, I give my condolences for the loss of such a monumental figure as the Queen. Whatever we may say about her will not be enough. I also give my congratulations for the new King. May he continue to defend Britain’s laws and Tradition. Now and for many long years, may God save the King! Deus salve o Rei! In spite of these very sad days, let’s be witnesses of the glories of Monarchy and all good it can bring to the Nations and peoples of the World. May the cerimonies watched by millions around the globe cause at least some to consider that republicanism is not inevitable and perhaps there is an alternative that is the best defensor of both Tradition and Democracy. And thank you Monarchist Music, for your work. Beautiful edition.
A democracy will always be abused by extremists and greedy people for their own benefit. We all need a monarch to defend our freedom, traditions and democracy.
For all those who say Charles will have a very short reign: his mother became 96, his father 99, his maternal grandmother almost 102, his paternal grandmother 84, his maternal grandmother's father 89, his maternal grandfather's mother 85, his paternal grandmother's mother 87, his paternal grandfather's grandfather 87, his maternal grandmother's grandmother 85, his maternal grandmother's great-grandmother 86, his other maternal grandmother's grandmother 89, his maternal grandfather's grandmother 91, and so on. If he inherited his ancestors' good genes, he may very well rule for over two decades.
Even we in America are greatly shocked and saddened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's passing and mourn her. May God be with His Majesty King Charles III! 🇺🇸❤️🇬🇧
It's something so difficult to fathom. We knew it would happen in our lifetimes, but there was something within us that simultaneously convinced us that it was impossible. Here in Singapore, our mace of parliament is still emblazoned with her cypher from our days as a colony, and she's lent her name to several institutions including Queenstown estate and Princess Elizabeth School, where my dear grandmother once taught. The British Empire certainly has a mixed legacy, but the Queen championed its transition to the Commonwealth and treated her former colonies as equals. She may have only visited us thrice, but in that span of time she witnessed our country grow along with the rest of us. Our government has declared all state flags will fly at half mast on the day of the funeral. She will be dearly missed in Singapore, may she now rest. Long live the King, and Long Live the Commonwealth of Nations.
When I hear that she was under health supervision I didn't sleep until 2 in the morning where she was announced dead, It was very grim and sad day for me and also the countless people around the world however she deserved the rest for serving so much long with so much dedication and hardwork despite the changing world around her and the controversies surrounding her family. Rest In Peace Your Majesty! God Save the King!
Where are you from? It was about 6:50pm when I heard the news in England and I'd just arrived at my RAF air cadets. When I got out the car and went over to everyone, for the first 5 or so minutes it was dead silent. In England, the general response is that, yes it's a tragedy, but it's nothing to get worked up about. As a nationality, we Brits have balls of steel, and we hope to retain that reputation for as long as we are on this Earth. We're mostly happy our country is getting some attention for once.
That shows how HM Queen is quite inseperable in our life considering how long she reigned. Her life and wisdom has become something that we appreciate and shall be missed.
THOUGH I AM NOT FROM ENGLAND BUT HAD GREAT RESPECT TO HER REST IN PEACE QUEEN ELIZABETH II WELCOME NEW KING CHARLES III LOVE FROM INDIA😘😘😘😘🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 🇮🇳❤🇬🇧

Thanks for giving the u.s.a Independence on July 4,1776 ( R.I.P Queen Elizabeth the second will be going to the British Embassy to drop some flowers in NYC )
Queen Elizabeth II was admired and respected all over the world, not only in Commonwealth countries. It is sad that we lost her. Does someone have knowledge how her horse racing legacy is managed now? Does any other person in the royal family have so strong interest to horse racing? God Save the King! Greetings from Finland.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. A role model for bringing people together in unity and peace and even helped in the war against Nazi Germany of the 1940s. Never stepped down when many recommended it even after her late husband passed away a year ago. She was kind, generous and always brought a smile to ones face everytime she appeared. She was not just a mother / grandmother / great-grandmother to her family but to the entire country and commonwealth and the world, ruling on the throne for over 7 decades from just the age of 25 years old after her father's sudden passing and has been in reign non-stop and living to the age of 96. There will NEVER be another monarch like her and possibly never will be again. RIP Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, may you be reunited with your husband Prince Philip up in Heaven. Thank you for all you done for the country, the commonwealth and the world. God rest the Queen 👑🇬🇧🕊💔 And may charles II be supported in his new role as King and hope he does his mother, this country and the world proud
long live king charles ! from the video praise to THE LORD i see your parents the queen and prince philip . i treasure the hymns and thetime she visited my beloved country Nigeria . be strong .
As a Catholic this slight adjustment in the 🇬🇧anthem under the circumstances reminds me of the Eucharistic Prayer at Mass where the priest recites "may we grow in unity together with Francis our Pope and ____ our Bishop". Many a Catholic Priest has goofed up on this in the wake of death/retirement of Bishop or Pope!
I have yet to visit the British embassy, but rest assured I do plan on bringing them a candle and a card expressing my condolences. I pray for Her Majesty's soul to be graced by God, for she was a phenomenal woman more than deserving of praise. For 70 years, the word "Queen" could not be uttered without the image of Queen Elizabeth II triggering in the mind. That is how much of an icon she was. She often reminded me of my very own grandmother, God rest her soul, in how kind and caring she was for not only her people but all the peoples of the Commonwealth and yes; even the world. Losing Her Majesty is the end of an era. If it were up to me, I would go as far as to call the duration of her reign (roughly spanning the mostly peaceful times from decolonisation of the empire, ending with the newly rising tensions between east and west due to Russia's actions in Ukraine) the Elizabethan era, though ultimately it will be up to those with influence to get such an idea in the public mind. God save the King.
it is sad that the Queen has died but also imagine being the new king, waited an entire lifetime to be king and now you don't have many years left of your life either
