Better for the chain attack since it comes from the top but you miss out on the wide swinging heavy attacks. Really good just fills a different role that the other chainsword.
The original chainsword has good heavy cleaves. Its heavies go side to side and do lots of damage to hordes, whereas the light attacks and quick downward strikes that are good against a single target. This new chainsword is basically the opposite of that. The lights are wide cleaving swings, and the heavies are downward strikes for single targets. It depends what role you want to fill, they're both good.
@@Assdafflabaff Thank you for the explanation, I was wondering about the differences, I think I'll go with this new one, I got a bias for cleave lights and heavies for ST ever since VT2
That happens a lot. Silent pox hounds, silent trappers, silent bombers grenades, sometimes snipers wont have sound, a laser or glint before they shoot either. Worst case scenarios all audio completely will just crap out and you'll get 5 minutes of deafness or white noise
Scarab bombers should get some recognition, they take the time to pull up a grenade when a chainsword wielding crazy lady runs at mach 5 towards you in stead of running the fuck away.
I tried this build but there's something i don't understand. You take Scourge node (bleeding on crits) and invocation of death. But where are we getting the crit? The bleedstacks from chainsword bloodletter? So is invocation only going to work when you're hitting something chunky like a boss?
Will you please upload new outcast engineer gameplay from the newest Warhammer: Vermintide 2 update? He's got pretty cool buffs and I'd really love to see how you play him. I'd really appreciate that Choco 🙏🏻
I wondered if fatshark took some melee audio from left4dead since the shovels heavy’s sounds a lot like the crowbar or the frying pan and and the chain sword lights almost sound like the fire axe not nit picking but if they did then its really cool to see some remnants of the l4d formula
Actually I've heard a lot of sound effects from various Valve games in lots of places. I think the real answer is that Valve used some copyright-free sound effects they found on the internet, and because they're a famous company, we recognize them as being from L4D or Hl2 or Counter-strike or whatever. The Fast Zombie's scream when it leaps is just the Howie scream with some effects added for example. There are a lot of stock sound effects.
The game is finally at a point where it should have been at launch, except a year in we haven’t seen any really interesting new weapons or classes (was supposed to be a new class every 3 months, lol), instead we get three kinds of shovel and a few new modifications of other existing weapons That and the crafting and progression is still as predatory and cancerous as any gacha game out there
i mean, i played vermintide 2 a bit and was aware fatshark often delayed and underdelivered on things, but I was definitely expecting like, one new class after an entire year? or one single interesting new gun, something actually new like a melta gun, bolt pistol, autocannon or heavy bolter for the ogryn, especially given how incredibly content light the game was at launch as it is i just reinstall every few months when a new map and a couple of barely different weapon variants launch, play it for a week, then uninstall after getting bored of how little variety and content there is@@Ais-pd6yl
