I was invited to be a friend and transitioned from Battlefield 1 to Vermintide 2. I have never played Vermintide 1. For that reason it took a while to understand the system and technique in the first half. However, thanks to the enjoyment of the game and the support of the friend, I was able to grow to the present. I have met a lot of people and had a lot of experiences through Vermintide 2, my biggest thanks and respect to Fatshark.
i would like to direct attention to the weapons specialist perk that gives ammo one every melee kill. that rounds up, so you can have a wonderful gunslinger build to shoot and boot any non-carapace enemy. bit tricky to use but very fun though.
Maybe this is a stupid question but does the Confident Strike blessing work when you alternate Heavies and lights? Or is it just spamming one or the other that gives you back toughness.
It's the best shotgun in any game I've ever played. It's so well-made that I can actually feel the recoil in my arm and my chest. Fatshark has utterly obliterated ID Software with this gun
It's really fucking good as an "anti-special" weapon running Weapon Specialist. Quickly double-tapping Q while using Always Prepared reloads a shell and you can instantly pop a target with 25% bonus damage on that ~800 base dmg shell. Been running it with Krak, Infiltrate & Surprise attack, Tactical Awareness, Agile Engagement, Close Quarters Killzone, For the Emperor, Skirmisher, and Always Prepared. Popping both barrels into a special target from stealth turns them into pink mist. Melee weapon has been Catachan MK IV with 25% Maniac because ragers are way overtuned this patch, and a parry headshot will kill them instantly. Also, 13:34 "Shotgun" btw
Cool vid! I'm loving this gun at the moment with Agile Engagement, Voice of Com, Weapon Specialist, Always Prepared, Fleeting Fire. Can just melee kill to auto reload, pull shotty out, blast, back to melee, shotgun blast, just non stop, never having to reload. Smashes horde and specials.
Been doing the same playstyle, it's very fun! The only downside is that weird camera bug where swapping weapons before the recoil animation finishes makes your camera flick down and it's _very_ annoying.
@@channingtaintum ffs I thought it was just me and my new mouse, was getting fed up with it. Tried changing sensitivity settings and everything but it kept happening. Hopefully that is fixed soon as it definitely puts a dampener on such a fun build.
