i had one of these, loved that thing. literally unstoppable in the snow and off road. could never decide if i wanted to slam it or lift it. had to junk it cause the shock towers rusted out, so look for rust there on this one, depending on where the car lived its life. its a problem for these cars. also keep an eye on the oil, look for water. they had issues with the head gaskets

an 02 wrx swap from a junk yard could be an option if you got a tired powertrain
