Exactly my thoughts. There are too many stupid people out there being encouraged by videos like this to do unkind experiments with cats. It’s not the video lady I’m concerned about, it’s everyone else 😳

@@lavishwhisper6753nah doubt it'll get removed. i don't think "bad social media influence based off of 2 peoples actions who know what their cat does and doesn't like already" is a reason to remove a video, let alone a successful one. all you can hope is others don't try to perform this with their cat. people are usually scared of getting clawed tf up by their cats so i doubt this will do any significant damage in real life
Yeah Im not doing this. This is an accident waiting to happen. I'd rather spare a trip to the vet and pick up my cat like a normal person. Cats arent handbags.

yes, please get a vet to weigh in on this move. This could be putting more pressure on the cat's spine than you think. It looks cool and the cat isn't showing signs of pain, but if you google it, cats rarely express they are in pain when they actually are.

Your a great cat momma and he's precious, but l wouldn't do that it sounded like it hurt him when he hit his belly and ribs. Sometimes you can't even tell on them there's anything wrong but things could go wrong by accident. I know you didn't mean anything l was just afraid that it hurt him, I'm a cat momma too 😊❤
Why are you being super overprotective as if it's your cat, she definetely cares about him more than all of you do so what's the point of claiming she is reckless with it? Cats are very elastic and pretty sure he trusts his owner so much otherwise he wouldn't be that calm with it. Ofc it's bad to persuade the others into making this as not all cats are the same and won't give similar reaction but I'd say her cat is pretty safe

I had a cat that accidentally landed on his back legs while playing. His legbone fractured badly. People will most likely try stupid stuff like this, just because they saw a video online. Just remove this video

it may however not be that great for their shoulder area during the traction, apparently cat may be flexible but their joints and bones are kinda weak... i personally will not test it since I want my cat to live longer than 10~12 years and to have the best quality of life for as long as possible. Now if this girl finds it fun to do circus tricks for the audience and engagement-money, well... yk she has to feed the people some content so there'll be more to come
@@azq5677 You should definitely not worry, if a cat can survive a jump from 10th floor and still have a 95% chance to survive, doing that wont make a dent in a cat.
i have the same concern too. the 1st lady with orange cat seems okay to me, though. she swing the cat from side / horizontally (? idk the word). but the 2nd lady like flipped the cat??? she did hold the cat back when doing it, but the cat also had a long body.

Be careful not to do things like this. Cats may not scream in pain and such but they do suffer consequences later in aging. My poor cat was a wild girl when she was younger. Now she has arthritis on both shoulders and has trouble getting around high places and stairways. :/ please don’t add stress to their backs and joints. Just cause they can tolerate it doesn’t mean they should.
If you notice the first lady smoothly moves the cat DIAGONALLY after bringing it ABOVE her height because cats can re-adjust their position that way, what you did was no better than throwing him down but backwards; youre literally just wrangling him. The old lady pulled the cat up with leash there was no pressure on cat's body while you did it by grasping the body , not allowing her to adjust to the pull.
Hey. No hate, the cats obviously happy, loved and cared for. I know this is a skit and you dont normally do this, but i wanna tell people why you shouldn't do this. When you swing the cat up and back like that, with enough speed you can snap the spine. When that happens it can cause the inability to walk and use the restroom or wag the tail. Meaning the cat if not repairable will be suggested to be put down. Please be careful when seeing stuff online. Just cause you see it, doesn't mean do it ♡
