Correct. Think dengue fever, also Asian in origin and you don’t get immune. First time, you are usually okay, by the 2nd or 3rd infection, you get the fever.
thank Gd for the drug companies that got us the vaccines. I’ve never had a flu shot or take any meds…and rarely even take a Tylenol… but vaccines save lives. However - don’t get more than 1 at sane time… spread out any needed vaccine shots over a couple of weeks. It’s better for your system that way.
@@timjones8166 Weird that viruses spike 1 - 4 years before a US election. That can't be a coincidence. They even spike in other countries for some odd reason.
Thank gawd we live on a small farm and have our own pool,.& stay away from most of society. Some people need to be constantly surrounded by others to feel whole. Society is pathetic.
@777Skeptic nothing about being better, just prefer the peace from others. Unfortunately haters are going to hate. When others find peace in the this insane world, others want to destroy that peace. Jealously is an awful thing.
I keep taking N.A.C. on the regular. Vitamin D levels being high is still the single biggest thing we all need. For sure getting Sun every day goes far for your health
to be sure, you’d have to have it confirmed by testing … and I read that in first day or so, it might not register on test. I believe you have to wait a couple of days after symptoms to confirm.
I never stopped wearing a mask, avoiding the er and washing my hands frequently. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with a autoimmune disorder right as they declared covid pandemic was over. So I have to live like covid never left😊
This covid is the worst I've had it went to my GI and vomit and 💩 for days and fever 🤒 almost couldn't walk at one point and I'm healthy and in good shape
Oh man. I hope you are doing better. I'm an EMT. I got Covid the first time in December. Definitely kick my butt. Thank goodness I was vaccinated because I have asthma and that can put your risk at being hospitalized.
discontinuing monitoring of COVID-19 cases would likely impact the completeness and timeliness of data needed for effective disease surveillance and response. Robust postmarketing surveillance, which is essential for monitoring the safety and effectiveness of vaccines and treatments, relies on comprehensive and up-to-date data on disease incidence, outcomes, and trends. If data collection were to be halted prematurely, it could potentially lead to gaps in understanding disease dynamics, identifying emerging variants, and assessing the long-term impacts of interventions.
@@paula222himasking up for a virus? It is a feel good psychological measure. But does nothing to stop a virus. The manufacturers put the disclaimer right on the product box..
This is why I'm so grateful that I live in the safety of a blue sanctuary city where we trust the science, stay current with our boosters and continue to wear our double facemasks to slow the spread.
not so accurate…a family friend had gotten long covid early in the pandemic and was very unwell for a year… I haven’t followed up recently to see how he progressed…
Must be since I got Covid for the first time this year. Is it real or is it all a conspiracy? Y’all have wayyyy too much time on your hands. Wishing you the fun I had with Covid this year. 🎉
people got covid and millions died … throughout the world … it was horrendous. thankfully there are vaccines. Nobody wants to get them, including me … but it’s necessary… like kids must get measles shots etc. Thank Gd for our dedicated scientists.
You can fool some of the people some of the time You can fool all of the people some of the time But you can never fool all of the people all of the time I think this is the lesson they have learned so why keep trying? Losers
LOL, do you get a *yearly* flu shot?? Why would you think a 3+ year old vaccine would be effective?? Especially when the virus has mutated? Just say you don't understand anything about viral infections or vaccines and call it a day, lady!
Exactly what my cousin Mark said...before he died of Covid, three days before his father died of Covid. But think whatever you want to. Just make sure you have a will and life insurance. Good luck.
This summer I got my first Covid after all updated vaccines. I was still pretty sick for a week but not life threathening. Without vaccines it would have been a lot worse.
Greek letters. There is a reason why they stopped naming variants. After the "Omicron" variant comes "Pi" and Pi is forever 😂 China, what a gift they gave us all.
@@Ravi-rl8ttyou must a be scientist. I thought I was one too until I got Covid for the first time this year. Was a lot of fun! Wishing you as much fun as I had maybe then it won’t be so political to you. Probably a bot anyway. 🎉
@@rawrbro69coping the same way as always. Chicken soup…it is not as if the mask can stop a virus or that the jabs do anything to prevent infection, prevent transmission or provide immunity against the virus or variants…
