I passed my test yesterday. I used CDL prep, watched videos of people coupling doubles and triples and watched this video. I probably studied for a total of 1 hour combined and passed. Good luck to whoever reads this.

The converter dolly with anti lock brakes is required to have a yellow light on the left side; not a white light

Because I read these comments before studying, I decided to better study from my state driving handbook (Texas) and I’m sure it’s the same for all the states. It clearly states that the light on the left of the dolly is yellow as we’ve all seen in real life! Page 7-1 / Section 7.1.8 www.dps.texas.gov/internetforms/forms/dl-7c.pdf

Just came from there lol. I like to watch 2-3 videos on the tests to get as many unique answers as possible. But based on this video and previous, you are correct.

It’s actually drive through quickly. You press brakes slightly to keep water out of them and so you can dry them out easier when you pass through

6:22 is wrong. CDL Handbook 7.1.8 says a "Yellow lamp on the left side" Converter dollies built after March 1, 1998

Yo these ahave the wrong answers. If tou must drive throught deep water you DO in FACT Gently press the brakes pedal while driving through. Oh man so this does get you prepared. If you can notice the mistake in this video you're more than ready to pass lol

@@pistolwhipped7714 Personally i use these videos to test myself. What I used to get ready for the tests was the CDL prep app and that’s all you really need to pass every test for your permit.
