Good morning friends 🤎Which new palette did you chose? What are your thoughts on the oversized format? For me, it's pretty neutral. It isn't a selling point but it also isn't a deterrent. I love seeing the beige stripes for summer but I don't necessarily need to be oversized. The more I loved with the bronzer/blush yesterday, the more I loved it. The rose gold hue stayed in place for several hours and had zero fading. I'm really looking forward to using this all summer long. I had the best intentions to release this video yesterday, however, tech issues and delays prevented me from doing so. Oopsies.
I just picked mine up today in the light coral. It’s lovely but I haven’t used it yet. I totally hear you when you say the palettes are too much product but I am a sucker for their impractical size. Your point is well taken. I will never use up all this makeup!! 😅🤎
I skipped this collection and seeing this video just made me feel better about it. I don’t want or need an oversized anything (lol to Costco size 😂) and neither I like the all three products to be in one compact. And the amount of highlighters I have - I will never run out of them till my last day, I swear! So that all being said - I’m happily skipping it. Thank you Chanel for reminding me that as much as I like the medium rose palette I have similar colors in which I can replicate this idea with for spring and summer.
The prices are nuts here in 🇬🇧. £75 !! That’s CAD 128. Even more expensive than the oversized highlighters. Eyeshadow singles are £36 and mascaras are £38. As much as I love Chanel makeup I just can’t justify spending this much. If I decide to pick anything up I will wait until our online department stores run their usual 15-20% off promotions.

Hello Allison, this palette will last you 10 years because it is so large....That said, the blush is magnificent in my opinion, it gives you a doll's complexion. Thank you for this vidéo and very good day😁😁😁
I would love these palettes to be regular size as well! I can do without the highlighter as well, I have many highlighter options in my collection already
I am B20 and tried light coral and medium rose in store. Thought I would be light coral but the medium rose mixed together and applied with their 102 foundation brush is just perfect. It’s definitely a favorite.

My biggest qualm is that especially if this is, for most, going to be a travel product, it should definitely have included a brush and dust bag! I wonder if the Les Beiges winter collection brush will fit in this pallet at least for a makeshift solution 🙏
Allison, it was so hard to choose which palette. I went between Rose Gold & Medium Coral & eventually chose the coral. I haven’t receive it yet. I think the Rose Gold looks beautiful on you and I agree with you the bronzers looked similar nothing too cool. I don’t think we need such a huge palette with the huge price tag maybe if they were smaller and cost less I might buy two. Just a thought. I look forward to seeing what else you bought. I’ve watched so many reviews on this product. This is the first video that I found out that there was actually a gold color in the blush of the rose gold pallet
I always look forward to the les beiges release. I ordered the medium rose gold yesterday. The medium coral was pretty but I have the comet blush from previous purchase which looks close to the blush in this. Your application is the best from all the video demos so far. I think a light hand makes this look more natural. Very pretty on you. I love the summer looks, one of my favorites was the la pausa collection.
I hope you will try again with a different brush.the ridges mean that your brush will pick up very little. I am using this as an overall swirl and then individual stripes for emphasis, so in that way I do need a larger pan for a larger fluffy brush. The blush in rose gold medium has an iridescence that I don’t have in my rose polaire.

I was surprised by the colour schemes as I was thinking a light rose would have been nice because I thought the medium rose would be too deep for my fair and freckle skin, but the medium rose was so lovely that I purchased this one. There was no advertising collateral online or in the boutique that I go to here in Australia. I was invited to their ‘Mother’s Day Event’ and was then treated to a make-up demonstration with the new single eye shadows and the les beiges palettes and the Comete fragrance. It felt like all of these products were supposed to be a ‘surprise’ 🤎 I’m looking forward to your next video with the eye shadows. Thank you again.
The deep mauve is definitely deep! I’ve seen someone with fair skin use it for dramatic eye makeup and someone with deep skin use it (I think her name is Daps makeup). It’s a real improvement!
Hi Ali. U look terrific in the med rose, very healthy. Myself, I’m no longer feeling these oversized palettes.. the shelf life for CHANEL is not what it used to be, so I would probably end up throwing it out after awhile. Wish they would go back to normal, loved the quality way back when. 😊
Hi Alli, this looks gorgeous on you! Yes i agree the oversize aspect is unnecessary and at £75 puts me off. I have 6g products i don't even half use and when it goes bad/off it's money down the drain and upsetting having to throw it away! Chanel are churning out a lot of makeup products this year and i hope it's not quantity over quality.
Hey Allison, I ended up purchasing both the medium coral & medium rose gold 😅 I just love them both for summer. I do still have the Soleil tan de Chanel 547 Ross bronze, I wish they would bring this one back 😭 love! I am a bronzer & lip junkie! Lol I can do so much with these compacts/palettes. My everyday spring and summer looks are my skincare, By Terry Tea to tan, or anything similar, SPF, sometimes no foundation, just a tinted anything or concealer on places I need it. Usually a white gold highlighter TF gran paradis or idk if you remember the YSL eclat glow shot in that stunning 🤩 light champagne 🥂 or Chanel liquid sheer and healthy glow fluid both pearly and sunkissed with any gloss lipstick and my brows it’s so easy yet looks beautiful.. great video you look amazing 💞😊
The medium rose gold palette is so pretty on you, Allison! It’s perfect for your complexion. I think I’m leaning towards the light or medium coral, but I’m torn about which one to get.
This excites me! I thought I’d have to stick with the coral shade, but I like the cooler pink better even though the bronzer looks darker…thanks for showing how flexible the color is! Also, that’s one of my favorite Chanel lip colors 💕
These tones suit you very well. 😊❤ I checked all my chanel les beiges compacts and they all look very close 🙈but all more on the coral/warm side. Therefore I will get the medium Rose gold. ❤

I got the same and I’d say our skin tone is similar and it was lighter than I expected. Very pretty ❤ I picked up a few of the eye shadows too. I love the formula-so pretty.

I love this pallet..I do like the oversized but that is because I didn’t have one . I think they should skip a few years and have smaller pallets then offer an oversized like every 3 years .I love Chanel so much that I always give in and buy the collections. 😳 I love how you applied your look .Very beautiful ❤❤❤
Hi Allison! I just bought thee Medium Rose Gold myself just because I had missed the oversized ones in the past since they never got here. I can't say that I was impressed or wowed. I mostly like the blush but again I do have two colours from the Winter glow the Rose Polair and the Mauve. Well I think that I would probably prefer a smaller size and a lower price and definitely the velvet pouch and maybe a brush with it, since it is a luxury item, well give us the luxury then haha. Anyway, I like it but to be honest I am not considering buying another colour.
Thanks for the nice video of this new, oversized palette. I considered purchasing but I really just like the pink blush in this compact and the high price without the cover or brush makes this less appealing of a purchase for me. I would have preferred three smaller, separate compacts in a variety of shades so that I could choose the best colors for my complexion. I do think it looked beautiful on you, though!!🤎. Patiently waiting for the release on the 17th May at my local Chanel counter. I know they got released in Harrods but i want to see them in person before i order and London is about 2 hours away! The more i see these the more i feel I’m going to pick the Medium Rose Gold it also suited you very well and loved the lipstick you paired up with it. I will def get that as well to match 💋.
That’s fair! I had to see these in person too before I could make a choice. I was surprised by how much I like Medium Rose Gold. When I saw the photos online, I was convinced that it would be too dark but I’m glad that it isn’t.
Thanks for your video! Love the Palette. Despite being heavily tempted by the palette I decided against it. Purely because I have few other bronzers and blushes I simply love and use every day (Guerlain, Gucci, Hermes, Chanel) which would give me the same result (I never apply Highlighter). I keep using what I have got rather than purchasing something new (and pretty much the same colours I already have) just because it is Chanel and looks really nice.☺ I am sure it is a great palette, but it is NO merci....on this occasion.
The colours look beautiful on you! I actually enjoy the oversized products that they are doing as I am never going to finish a smaller one anyways so I’m not concerned with that but it makes it just that bit more unique and special to me for Chanel and especially on an all in one as it means you can get a brush in better. I’m definitely confused by the colours so I might have to go into store for this one but I also have been wondering wether to bother as I have this in other products 🤔🤎
My preferred bronzer shade is a cool toned reddy shade, which Chanel doesn't offer. However, despite my B10 complexion, combining the bronzer and highlighter shades in the Deep Mauve palette and applying with a fluffy brush and a very light hand give me a reddy shade. I was first drawn to Deep Mauve for the raspberry blush, which I prefer to wear on its own. I also purchased the Medium Rose Gold palette and I like the bronzer though I need to becareful using the other shades so not to look too golden. The blush does not stand out on my complexion as it does on yours but I think that's the sorcery of these palettes: they flatter a little differently, in a bespoke way, when applied. I would prefer these powders in smaller compacts. My most used Chanel face palettes are Sunkissed Ribbons and Coco Codes and I use small to medium-sized brushes to pick up the shade(s) I'm after. These smaller compacts received some criticism from those who would prefer to use a larger brush. I like these Sun-Kissed Powders and would have preferred a more expansive Les Beiges summer collection. I enjoyed seeing the comparisons you shared in this video.
Oh thank you! I remember those smaller palettes and they were like precious jewels 🤩😍 I wish that these palettes were smaller because I like to travel and the size of these palettes is a deterrent for me.
Thank you for your honest review on these oversized face palettes! It's a skip for me. I also prefer the baked formula of RMS (and Bobbi Brown) bronzers.

I don't particularly care for an oversized bronzer. I use bronzer almost everyday, but with a very light hand so they tend to be decluttered for being used up. Thank you for sharing. The new chanel bronzer looks lovely on you❤

👀No pouch is a bit meh! The pouches are great. I also love to get applicators. I often use them and like them 😊I could only use the peach one and I just really don't need or want a peach 😅

I do love this over sized face palette and don’t mind it at all as it contains blush, bronzer and illuminating powder, I’ll probably think twice if it’s oversized and had only one product. I missed the rose polaire so will pick up medium rose gold, although no idea when it’ll be released in Asia 🤷🏻♀️
I went to the store to pick up this shade yesterday, and somehow when I was at the store I was disappointed. So I picked up Guerlain light bronzer instead in 02, for a little coolness 😂
The one thing I wish Chanel would offer (and not just them, but all luxury brands) is personnalization. I'll pay the 115$+ if I can choose the highlight, bronzer and blush that comes in the palette to make it perfect for me! And omg please don't make it oversized, because then it won't fit in my drawer lol 😭
As a long time Chanel purchaser, Chanel might want to be careful of eroding the luxury of their products by eliminating pouches/brushes, and yet charging more & more. There are a tonne of competitors out there who are producing pretty incredible products. Competitors are also providing the peripheries or are at a better price point for what they’re delivering to the customer.
Great video and you look beautiful. This collection is a skip for me. I’m not a big fan of the oversized products and I have to say I’m not thrilled about the shades either. I don’t know what it is about the rose and the coral that just don’t look very chic to me this year and the bronzers look very orangey. Also, if you’re going to do the oversized, please put it in a pouch Chanel. 😀
🤎 I didn't like the rose solaire blush very much, so I am going to.pass on these. I am still in love with the dolor coral bronze, so I am going to use that one. I bought the dior blue bayadère eyeshadow and it is stunning. Can you do another look with that one. Love you 😘

Im still hesitating about the oversized bronzer for this year. Its pretty thats for sure, but do I need it 🧐 I have lots of other bronzers and I already bought the Dior bronzer haha.. eventhough I think its not special anymore just like what you said.
Chanel should work harder on optimizing their production cost, and NOT getting more profit by reducing the product (I am seriously annoyed by missing pouch and brush). Considering they increase prices regularly as well. Like w-eF… 👿

The Chanel oversized complexion products haven’t been appealing to me. They are expensive and I just don’t need them. I love several Chanel foundations and the sublimate concealer, but rgese jumbo things aren’t tempting me.

Chanel is taking a downturn in my eyes. Less lux and higher price. There are many new or niche brands to choose from now. I expected a lot more especially since this is an anniversary year. No pouch, no brush, and no imagination. I also expected more than one product for the summer LeBeige release, unless there is something else coming at a later date. Sorry if I'm being harsh, but those are my feelings.

I LOVE the RMS, but I find it fades very quickly at work🥺. Do you find any of those issues with it?
I think these are beautiful and I was tempted. But the size and cost made me change my mind. Jumbo size is not really for me. (It’s really only the packaging that’s over sized tho, based on the comparisons, so the product pan must be shallow?) Based on the shelf life, I’d prefer standard size and a more reasonable price. 😒💙🤎
