I'm curious when more fall collections will come out. 😊 I'm not planning to buy much BUT I've been thinking to maybe get a purple /pink and green quint /quad that are wearable and easy to use. Like the green from Cle de Peau, for purple I want neither too warm/red nor too purple /frosty but more soft and neutral. Hence why the new Dior might be an option. I'm also thinking the Chanel single shadow in d'ore? and one of the loose shadows. Oh and I wanted to check out Chanel lips 😅I saw an old vid where someone swatched Cecile and Maggie shades that looked beautiful for fall. When I think fall I'm more feeling muted mauves /purples and greens rather than pumpkin orange. I do love vibrant orange, bright green and sparkles when I'm in Halloween mood 😁 but you know when I want to look chic it's not ideal
I wish we had swatches for the Dior as the pictures can be misleading. I'm interested in the Champs Elysee. As you said it looks more burgundy and cool to neutral... If it is true to picture I think it's a very chic fall colour story 😊 Also the Coral Avenue shade.. Which does not look coral at all. I hope someone tries those 😅

The Dior Paris collection sounds amazing too - I'm torn between the blue eyeshadow and the practicality of the Saint-Honoré. I think the Chanel take aways look super cute, but the product selection isn't perfect for me. I will happily admire them from afar though! I would like to pick up one of the limited edition arrondissement lipsticks, haven't made up my mind which one yet.
Love both Chanel choice, so nice ❤love also Dior new collection and case, but not another Blue palette, It looks similar tò all the other blue palette, Is a not for me😢
Love the Chanel products= pass on the perfume as too flowery for me. Love the Dior products = can't see why the powder shadows would expire in 6 mths, especially if one is careful with them. The Hermes colors are too intense for me = deja vu of the 1960's. Guerlain products are a bit too scented for me. The remaining products are also a pass for me. You look beautiful.
I have been thinking of putting this question to you . I used Chanel vitalumere foundation in the one in bottle shade beige 04 . They discontinued . Now it’s available only in aqua formula . You see it had a yellow undertone to it that my skin needs . Chanel has everything with a pinkish tinge . Any suggestions which foundation would match the color I am mentioning. I am so upset my stock has finished with no other that works . Please reply
lol, yes a bizzilion releases every week🫣. For once in a longtime the Dior palettes are actually calling to me, as the formula looks better than the standard one in the quints. The packaging is gorgeous as well! You’re so right about that ridiculous shelf life though..so have the green Hermes palette and it’s not my favorite, but people tell me that the formula is excellent and maybe I got a dud? I don’t know..between the two options….ugg..I’m undecided. The Hermes palette looks really pretty, even though I’m not really a blue eyeshadow type of gal.🤭 Ps. I swear I’m not a crazy🤭I tagged you again, because I finally edited an old video, due to me being on vacay and not being able to record extra, where I mentioned you. I give credit where credit is due always🫶
Hermes, Hermes, Hermes!!!!!!! I can hardly wait for that collection to drop. I love the eye shadow palette and I want the new lip that has the green on the case. I think it is kind of a mauve color bullet. I am also waiting for the new Hourglass face palettes to drop as they do every September concentrating on endangered animal species.
I’m always torn when you post Oui or Non Merci! I love when you save me money but also love when you describe something in a way that intrigues me enough to buy! Always appreciate your thoughts ❤
Hi Alli, I’m definitely getting the Gabrielle, it’s my favorite perfume ever. The Dior lipsticks are to die for, I love me some nude . The Champs-Élysées palette is calling my name but I want to see personally before buying. Another great video, love it 💗

My top one was TF Terra until I found a Surratt dupe that I like even more. I have a video comparing them, they’re identical on my skin. So if TF discontinues Terra at least there’s a great alternative!

YES to the adorable Chanel sets…YES to the new Dior ..the packaging is way too chic….I’m sure I’ll be emptying my wallet🫨 Regarding liquid blush….I like them a lot because of the glow factor….I can say after trying many, my favorites are the new Armani and the new Anastasia Beverly Hills….this one will last you forever! I saw the Chanel takeaways in the UK website too. Some items are noted as limited edition but others are not like the Grasshopper liquid shadow. They just say it's a new shade. Me 🙏🙏🙏 they sell it as is soon.
Hi Allison, I have the Hermes blue pallet (actually I have 5 of their eyeshadow quads) and is gorgeous. I will never pick Dior instead of Hermes because the formula is much better in Hermes eyeshadows (beautiful colours - they look even better on eyelids, silky texture, very good pigment payoff), stay on all day - absolutely no fade, longer shelf life and refillable. I noticed that you ordered the Dior quint, so you already made a choice. I don’t like cream/liquid blushes or eyeshadows no matter what brand are. I am curious about the new Armani foundation and the powder from Guerlain. Thanks for sharing!🙂

I wished the Dior colors were more daring. I also think these are baked gelee formula ( my favorite) which has not been reformulated so there a good chance they won’t expire in 6 months. 🤞
I agree that the 6 month expiration date is outrageous. However I do like the colors a bit more in the Dior than the Hermès. Also that pouch is adorable.
Hi Allison! Loved the sneak peek of all the upcoming new releases. I recommend the Dior blue palette over the Hermes as the Dior is limited addition, it comes with that adorable pouch, and I believe it is less expensive than the Hermes. I don’t know if the Hermes is limited addition either. I love both Chanel sets as well which I’m considering picking up. Thanks again for the interesting video!! Susan
💙💚 Hi Ali, the Dior eyeshadow quintet Montaigne is calling to me. I like the look of the Khaki colour. I also saw another beauty influencer from New Zealand doing a review of a new Dior stick foundation. It's certainly not on the UK Dior website. Hopefully it will come to the UK, US and 🍁 Canada

I was interested in the Champs-Elysees quint from Dior until I saw a UK creator demo it. It's very pretty, but not saturated enough for me (not even the burgundy shade). Now I am thinking I am more interested in the coral, warmer Dior quint, but unfortunately the sad Sephora store in my area never has the limited editions in the brand to try. Have you ever considered trying the new Byredo Desert Rose palette? It is warmer, like the Dior quint. I'd be so interested in what you think of the Byredo makeup products. Thanks for sharing.

Ooooooo…that Dior collection is screaming my name! Although I love blue eyeshadow, I’m really drawn to the green one this time. Plus, I’ll definitely need to get my mitts on the lipstick case! Recently bought the Guerlain primer and foundation...gorgeous, even on mature skin. I will definitely add some of these new products to my collection. Guerlain is pricey but it is a quality brand. Getting tired of just paying for packaging and getting mediocre quality from some well advertised brands. Thank you for your comments and not being afraid to say no merci.

I haven't bought anything from Dior since they starting altering all their formulas. They couldn't leave well enough alone and expecting me to pay $60+ for a product and expect to throw it out by the 6 month mark, they must be dreaming. I know I'm not alone in this, there are plenty of other companies that I will be buying from but Dior is firmly off my list.
Buy the Hermès blue palette! I have it and I love the Hermès formula. I think that is your best option. I have three of the Hermès eyeshadow palettes and I'm not sorry at all that I splurged! And as for blushes, I will always go with powder blushes. Not only do I prefer the way they apply, but I love using my high-end Japanese brushes to apply them!
Hi Alli, im interested in purchasing the Dior quint in Champs-Élysées…the L’Étoile looks tempting however i was in Dior yesterday and purchased the Mono eyeshadow in Blue Bayadère, Diorshow iconic mascara overcurl mascara in Blue & the Diorshow on stage liner in Matte Denim so im a bit Blued out 😂 but i will probably also purchase Rouge Dior lipstick in Champs de Roses to match the eyeshadow palette.

I'm thinking that while the new Dior eyeshadows will last longer than 6 mos they probably won't last as long as the older versions. Most of those were 18 mos and we've all used ours longer so I think the new will last past their date but still a shorter duration. My understanding has always been for food, etc. the exp date is in advance of the true exp. date for various reasons so based on that I've always given myself extra time particularly with powder products.
