New Clay Tool - Weld Texture 

I had a customer reach out to me and ask if I could make a tool that would give a texture like a metal fillet weld. I've been wanting to make a texture tool system for a while, and this was a good excuse to follow through.
I asked if they minded me making a video about the tool and offering it to a few other people to spread out the effort. "Go for it!" was the answer, so here you go.
