New CMS requirement for dentists! [DMEPOS Bond] 

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) now require dentists to have a $50,000 surety bond if they are suppliers of Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS). The DMEPOS Bond is required to help lower the risk of fraudulent suppliers. This bond is also known as a Medicaid Bond or Medicare Bond.
