Not a fan of these townhomes. The furnishings were the best part. Dual staircases are annoying. I had a friend who had a similar layout and it impeded natural flow of entertainment. The quality in the townhomes looked basic and it looked like they used the cheapest options. They tried to cover this up with furnishings that you will not get.

1st one was nice, didn’t care for the 2nd one. Now the 3rd was was nice and spacious, Loved it! Final one is very very nice, and the 4th level is a huge plus if you don’t mind lots of stairs this would be a great home ,all of them seem to have rooms that are on the small side.

Did the prices go down? I wonder why the watershed website says call for pricing and doesn't display the pricing anymore? Tatiana, are you seeing that new construction town home communities are reducing their pricing?

Hello! I’m not sure about their pricing or why it went down. If it did go down and you’re interested in buying at that community I’d purchase now. Pricing is actually increasing due to lumber prices along with demand.

Great video! I really liked the 4th model...but there were too many stairs to navigate. In the future please share some homes suited to multi-generational families. Thank you! BTW - Do you follow Janice Carter and Max Williams and Chakits Krulsawat?

Thank you! No I don’t follow them, not too sure who they are but I will look into it. Thanks for your recommendation as well. On this channel I only show New Construction and Pre-Construction homes at this time.

@@NewHomesbyTatiyana Sounds good they are realtors and I noticed they do similar videos but in different states. Very interested in new construction homes that will meet the needs of having an older parent in the home...e.g. a first-floor bedroom. Thanks again for sharing the new homes in MD.

I agree about the stairs. She has shown some homes with elevators though and that’s what I’m gonna buy.

This is really nice! So I’m looking to go through NACA but I heard they take forever with finding you a home. I love new construction townhomes, I’m just hoping I could find one in my price range. Maybe $350k with a 50min commute to dc at the most. I would love to use you as my realtor since you be on it with these townhomes lol

NACA is great for refi but they want you to buy in certain areas.
