Nice setup man! Are you self-contracting it or working through someone? We purchased a property recently and are planning to build in about 3ish years. Looking forward to the next vids 🙌

We are working with a contractor, but I’m doing a lot of work myself, such as painting, trim, tile and flooring. I had some friends help out here and there. But it’s a grind tho. Can’t wait till it’s over. Lol 😂

@@kova_tech very true. I’m just ready for it to be over. Lol. Nice thing is I’ll have endless content opportunities with the new place. But first things first need to finish just enough so we can move in. Thanks. Ur in George or SC? I hear it’s easier to build in SC compared to FL.

Thanks man. It’s been in the works for last couple of years. It’s nice to finally see it come together. Hopefully a few more months left before we can finally move.
