Depends on what you want...high $500's to $800++ There are small, medium and large lots which are varying widths. Rule of Thumb: The wider the lot, the bigger the home.
I think the flow thru these homes isn't the best. It seems that a lot of space is taken up by extra rooms, but not as much space where you want it. The closets were not spacious, nor did I see coat closets or other storage closets.
Cluster Boxes. Many cities are beginning to mandate that Developers (and so the builder has to comply) incorporate Cluster Boxes to save time and money for the USPS.
