Hey Marlon. Lake is nice but where I see water I fear 🐊’s. Not even sure if they are in lakes; no , right? 4/2. You already know my view 😂. 20-30 minutes of shopping/airport/beach etc is good. Nice front elevation. Would think all build with concrete to the top. Lovely view on entry. Coat closet appreciated. You hit 30’s in winter at times. Nice size 2 front bedrooms and bathroom. They still make and use Formica? Looks ok. These are guests bedrooms. The closets are fine. Another closet. Laundry a little small. 3rd bedroom/office or even a den PlayStation room. Put a Murphy bed in there. Great pantry. Kitchen a smidge small. Layout a little different with kitchen and dining and living room sets back but still open. Primary a nice size. Nice en-suite. Fiberglass. Closet ok. Linen closet with no shelves? Think that was a his closet😂. Nice size backyard. Covered lanai. Just needs a pool and we’re set. Nice home Marlon. Love the video but why are the new houses only constructed for the people coming from up north and the west coast. What about us that have been in Florida for 20 years plus(came here as a child) these prices don’t fit the people that have been working in Florida for years. What type of housing can we get. Just wondering?

Houses are constructed for anyone who wants it and can afford it. If you can’t afford the house you want, increase your income.

I think they are targeting folks that can buy cash. They are mostly the folks buying homes in market with high interest rates.. they sell their $500k plus homes up north and buy homes in Florida for cash. Builders know floridians aren't eagar to buy at the current prices and interest rates knowing they were 100k or more less just 2 yrs ago.. Bubble is forming

Those houses are ugly and all the developments going up are ruining Palm Bay, same thing is happenning that happened in South Florida, TOO many people. Brevard County will be a million in a blink of an eye. In 20 years since moving here the amount of natural beauty that has been lost is sickening.

If this is sawgrass the builders they used are trash. Owned one and had so many issues. DR Horton are the worst builders out. Buyer beware. Sorry bro love the videos but yeah.
