I miss my old Levi 501’s Button fly jeans, I had dozens of pairs of them over the years from the 80’s and 90’s! They were the best jeans ever made and they quit making them for some dam reason!

I wore chuck taylors in the 90’s because they were 20$. They weren’t in style. My kids want em all the time now and you’re lucky to find them on sale for 50
Love the cart as well I remember the old school cabover tractor but they and the long nose is also being replaced by the curb sniffers like the Freightliner cascida or the kw t680 but I really did the black and Red trim on the truck today
At 14 a good family friend who drove trucks for a living owned a Cabover. He took me on a overnight ride, very cool and still one of my best memories. I have some original Ratfink stickers and a couple models.
OMG!! In the 90s i I bought my first truck, 66 cabover freight shaker, 1693t cat engine, lots of oil leaks, worn out, but boy howdy i was trucking. Hauled grain, hay, and livestock. I later upgraded it to air suspension. Cold in the winter, had some AC, but not much. Had to run fans to keep windshield clear with frost. The bunk was cold, but with a good sleeping bag, wasnt too terrible. In my single days took my GF along. I was raised a city boy, yes i learned to haul cows. Coca cola cowboy. The last engine I overhauled was a NTC335 cummins, small cam. Yes, Im in my 60's now. Back at it again with a fleet of trucks, long story for another day! In fact I got my first CDL with that truck, early days I think we didnt need CDL...cant remember...i may have had what is called a chauffeurs license....Thank you again and thanks to Mr and Mrs Matco, keep up the great work!

I remember, and have worked on cabovers. Air wipers, air windows, air starters. Look at all this free air, we can just run everything off of it! Every wire is the same color, whatever was cheapest at the time. I don’t miss working on them. Engine work wasn’t bad though, lots of room for activities with the cab tipped up.
Clay my grandpa had a mack truck dealership when we kids we had like 25 or so trucks in are back yard next to the shop and we drove millions of miles in cab overs and never left yard what a blast. My self I a skechers fan I find a pair that I like and go back 2 or 3 pairs more still have 13 pairs new in the box. 🔧🔧🔧🔧

Damn air wipers on my 77 Road Commode..finally was able to change over to electric. First truck I drove OTR was a 1969 Freightshaker CO with a 903 and a 5 and a 4 twin stick.
I remember the old cab overs and have worked on some of them in my time. Kind of unique how you can either jack them up or push or screw some of them up and get access to the engine and transmission to be honest about it. Good ol’days
