Consider getting a hanna ULR p04 checker.... or, i've recently read phosphorus is more productive to track.... either way, you're dealing with such microscopic levels that I would not trust a colour comparrison test kit. Just my 2 cents.

Dead snail or something in that tank.....also put a nano skimmer on it....then start using phosrx ....gfo is a pita

Try checking your magnesium had bad cyno and it was my magnesium that was out dosed and with in 5-7 days cyno gone

Mix your own salt it's really easy-to-do you just have to measure your tanks salinity level

I was dealing with that red cyno for like 3 months, I moved my power head lower to the sand and bought a Diamond Goby, cleared up in a few days. I also did lower my Nitrites and Phosphates. It’s a flow issue and sand not turning from my experience.

I paid 70 for my yellow sub if I remember right . $20 would of been nice for sure .

Nice scores on the Yellow Sub & Scorpion King Favia. I bought a Yellow Submarine from an online auction. I thought I was getting a nice size chunk. When I got it, it was the size of a dime with two small heads. Thankfully it is doing well in my tank. Maybe in a few months It will be something to look at. Fingers crossed.
