New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed. 

So you just installed a different CPU than the one that used to be inside your Motherboard , and now you got this message:
"New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed."
