CONgress that did nothing for 70 years, is such a degenerative, regressive political party. These new laws are game changers for Bharat. Sure, there would be a few rough edges, which will be sorted out in courts of law over some time.

Bro nobody is opposing the new laws. But certain sections of it like sec 69 or sec 106.1. These are to be revisited as they are senseless and will do more wrong than good. There is a 100% possibility that women can file false FIRs and deaths in hospitals will be made entirely the fault of the doctor. If you have time read the new laws properly. It's not about BJP or Congress, it's about the common person's lives.

More than reforms in law we need Judicial reforms and transparent selection of HC and SC Judges. Also a system under which fees charged by Lawyers from their clients should be fixed by a law. The fees charged by Lawyers should have a cealing point beyond no lawyers can charge hefty amount.

Though Bharat is now unshackling itself from its British era laws , one must review certain provisions in the new laws time to time to make it fair and without fear. Imprisonment for doctors on death of patients creates fear psychosis in doctors in providing critical care
