This blue coin addition is going to get me into the game for HOURS. Not to mention I am SO GLAD that I don't have to waste time restarting just to play a different character mod anymore. That custom character interface was the best feature they had (besides the CTs of course). BEST UPDATE EVER!
oh thats cool, they added a sorta equivalent to the beenox crates from CTR nitro fueled in the form of the blue coins! both even unlock a secret inanimate object as a playable character lol
Yeah, it would be cool, but definitely a lot of work if they want to inplement inside drift into the game. But if 2-wheeled vehicles can be implemented easily into MK7 then it might be possible that we get bikes at some point, but maybe without inside drift
@@Lperdy i thought it was more of a continuation of DS after they scrapped the manual MT mechanics in Wii but still wanted to add something new to the formula
You can turn on the speedometer by going into CTGP-7 settings (the Select button), then Gameplay settings and you should see the option there. You can also toggle between having a digital (so a number) an analogue (which is what I used in the video) or a Double Dash style speedometer. As for the blue coins, them being transparent means that they were already collected, or maybe that the blue coin challenge wasn't turned on in the settings. (I never had that problem though, so I'm not sure how to fix it)
@@TheOliveOli38 it worked ! But the Blue coins still don’t work the plops a Message up saying “the Blue coins can Not be collected with cc enabled” or smth Like That
@@Zy-pt2uz The firmware mod works on any 3DS ("This guide works with every retail console in the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles (including the 3DS, 3DS XL/LL, 2DS, New 3DS, New 3DS XL/LL, and New 2DS XL/LL), regardless of region or firmware.") so both new and old 3DS's and CTGP-7 works on every 3DS since Mario Kart 7 works on every 3DS
