I think I'll try to work out a way to apply manual pressure, maybe balanced on high depth and width with step up for fbs to create pressure traps near the sideline
I have been struggling to find The right balance on for 22 good at defending are used to have for width and five Depth and 4 width how do I get this on fifa 22 to settings FIFA 22 that I am letting into many goals and not defending
Call me an idiot but I don't care about meta, I play 4 4 3 slow build up possision, 40 width, 90 depth, rb overlaps Lb stays back, it's risky but it's enough to get me rank 4 in fut Champs.
@@Sportychick356 5-4-1 LM & RM come back of defence, keep the 2 CMs on balanced and let them go forward when you want them too. Keep the ST on stay forward so you have an out ball I use 5-4-1 when I'm on a bad run to get some form up and I nearly always win using this formation by 2 or 3 goals. It's very solid in defence but you can still make good attacks
@@Sportychick356 don't use the tackle button much. If you actually watch you tubers who have their control pad on show or if you watch pro players they rarely ever use the tackle button (it rarely works) Just jockey into position and the AI will just take the ball for you when you are close enough (if your defender has high standing tackle stats) Jockeying and just running into a player is more effective than actually pressing the tackle button
If you're one of the EA Game Changers....tell EA to fix AI not making long crosses into the box from the flanks. It's an obvious flaw that has been present since FIFA 21. This is breaking the games immersion.
