Wow, what a difference a month makes. Now that all the video footage has come out. Yeah, it looks like the younger officer was being sexually harassed. The sergeant and three different times couldn’t keep his hands off him and you can clearly see the younger officer in the video tape telling him no. And then to find out this is been going on for a year and he reported it and no one did anything about it? What do you think happens to someone that is sexually harassing another human being and after they go to the people they’re supposed to tell nothing is done about it? They get fucking shot!

Funny that this news report says nothing about them both being gay and that the older officer was trying repeatedly to groom the younger officer. It still doesn't explain why after the younger officer complained to other officers in his department about his Sergeant making "unwanted advances" previously, WHY would he go out for drinks with him alone????

Stop! Who said this young guy went out drinking with him? The young man probably needs a drink after being chased all over the city by the booth bandit. He goes to the bar, and then his stalker shows up with those fingers. Now, I am not saying he doesn't need to be in jail because he didn't comply, then started resisting. Two felonies.

It was well known that the sergeant was bisexual and that after 4 drinks, he would touch men by the Who-Ha and ask them if they would mind if he Flim-Diddled it until it threw up. About 1/4 of the cops on the force acknowledged that they allowed the sergeant to have his fun. Then one kid shot him.
