Hey everyone! Tyler Faulkner here, and I’m excited to share the new direction I’m taking with my RU-vid channel. In this video, I dive into my fitness journey and explain why I’m shifting my focus to bodybuilding and fitness content.
It all started when I was 13, inspired by a RU-vidr I watched regularly. Back then, I was overweight and decided to make a change. I got in shape and quickly became addicted to the progress I saw. I began researching everything I could about bodybuilding, starting my journey at 133 lbs without any diet plan. Over the years, I bulked up to 148 lbs and then decided to commit to a bodybuilding diet. This dedication took me all the way to 180 lbs, and I felt on top of the world.
Then the VID hit, and like many, I stopped training for a couple of years. Losing all my gains was tough, and I wasn’t happy with how I looked. But in August 2023, I made a comeback. Starting at 155 lbs, I returned to a strict bodybuilding diet, and in just six months, I was back up to 180 lbs, proving that muscle memory is real.
Now, about six weeks ago, I began a dieting phase and have already dropped to 173 lbs. In this video, I share my story, my goals, and what you can expect from my channel moving forward. From diet tips to training routines, I’m here to take you along on my journey.
