New dynamic weather and clouds in DCS World OpenBeta v2.8. Would prove to be interesting in some missions. I sped up time in the simulation to 20x, then doubled the video speed, to make the dynamic weather obvious.
first off, this is not set to "dynamic" weather--it's just clouds moving, which is now default in DCS OpenBeta 2.8 (you have to switch from standard build to OpenBeta to get this effect. To enable True dynamic weather, you have to activate it via another tab that says "dynamic"
