Mine just came in today directly from Dyson. Initial thoughts are good suction but somewhat of a janky wand setup compared to my Dyson DC17 of 15 years. I was really impressed that the vacuum lasted that long, so I didn't hesitate to purchase another one. Not too pumped on the wand, feels cheap, but hoping it will last a while.

I got mine yesterday and was amazed at how cheap the plastic was and how cheap it felt for $450. They say the warranty is the best so if it breaks they will replace it.

@@thenitruc8165lol good luck with… one of my attachments spring button broke during the last year of warranty. Called Dyson and got declined because they said was considered normal use breakage

Question: is there an attachment that allows me to clean under beds? Or an adapter that allows me to use cordless Dyson attachments?

Check Amazon for adapters. Dyson has a hard floor attachment, the flat out tool, and an under appliance wand I believe.

Bummer that the 3's head is narrower than the 2. It's going to take longer to clean any particular space.

Dose the ball where the filter is supposed to get hot when we use the vacuum? mine did get hot when I fist use it. I don't think it supposed to get hot like that. I'm concerned

That's where the motor is located. Electric motors get pretty warm while in use, so its normal. Should not get hot enough to burn you.

thank for the answer. I was concern that it will get too hot that the motor goes out. I just got it I hope it will be ok. ( I stucked with the Bissell cross wave mop ,so I just want to make sure. I got a really good one@@BelLavoroAutoSpa

Do you know how to take apart the whole floor head of the Animal 3 not just take off the roller bar to clean?

I do not, sorry about that. Maybe someone has videos of the small ball or UK version as they use a similar roller.

I thought the ball 2 was 306 airwatts last year. I wonder if Dyson changed the way they are testing.

@@BelLavoroAutoSpathe Ball Animal 2 is now 227 air watts. It went from 270 aw to 306 aw and now 227aw. Also notice that the cord length on the Ball Animal 2 is 30 ft. There seems to be some discrepancies on the site. Maybe they changed the numbers to push the new Ball 3.
