The biggest key to nightclub is having other businesses. I feel sorry for anyone who didnt buy one of each of the lock ups last week while the MC businesses were on sale. They segued into this week PERFECTLY. We literally had hanger, bunker, ceo, mc, nightclub all lined up.
The infinite spawning Troublemakers/VIPs were patched with the last update back in June. If you only want only Troublemakers to spawn in your Nightclub, then enter your Nightclub while in Passive Mode and the Troublemaker spawns when you either walk close to the dance floor from the Nightclub’s main entrance or you when reach the top of stairs (Nightclub office) from the garage. 48 minutes have to elapse before another Troublemaker/VIP can spawn in your Nightclub.
@@subscribefortacos If I remember correctly, they still spawned for me when in passive and I could kick out the troublemakers still, however they only gave money for the first one. It was still useful cause it easily refilled popularity.
After the 1st one is kicked take the elevator down to B1 then up again and sometimes more will spawn. I always get 10k$ but if my popularity is low then it makes me buy dj’s bookings after the first no matter what
I suggest the Vespucci Canals location. After the Yohan missions at the docks, I call in the Kosatka dingy and zip back to the canals, up the paved river to the marina. Then you just walk up to the nightclub. And if you leave the dingy there, you have an easy eacape from the cops option at the ready; take the boat into the tunnel that leads to the pier.
I have been raided one time at my nightclub in 2 years of playing. A dancer called me and said "some guys came in and roughed the place up" it gave me 30 minutes to find 3 or 4 people on bicycles and walking. They were all very close to the nightclub and you retrieve things like a purse and phone then return them to your club
I didn’t even know it could be raided until earlier today tony called me when i was on my way to a business battle.Worst timing because of that and I almost died to 2 oppressors having a dog fight in the sky
1:47, Chose night club on the Far Right, because its 1 block from one of the Business Battle Locations. I feel The Business Battle Locations are important to consider because you dont want to be Crossing the map with a Kill Me Marker on your head. And Traveling the least distince with your cargo is helpful.
For anyone new to this you can still do all your deliveries and avoid owning the mid-level delivery vehicle the mule entirely I recommend this as that vehicle is garbage. Selling in free aim full lobbies is definitely the most profitable. However I would recommend doing your first handful of deliveries in a solo Lobby so that you can become acquainted with the different deliveries and their variations, locations, etc. In my opinion I still think the best delivery for the nightclub is the Camacho delivery. I can usually get that delivery done depending on the location without running out of ghost organization. Also and obviously if you are selling in a full Lobby or a public Lobby always use and pay for ghost organization. Worth every penny. Good luck!
helpful tip for the taco community: remove those guns on the top of your pounder custom, it will prevent you from going under certain bridges...changing routes sucks or if you are being chased by cargo griefers ... also: nightclub raids are very easy...you can use mark2 or sparrow and use missles to kill the cops/stop the crooks that stole from your club patrons ...
Honestly I wish we can all come together as a community and make a session where we all agree not to grief and help each other with sell missions for mc businesses or like just being in the lobby enough so that other people can sell and get the 2% bonus per person in lobby
Only had my nightclub raided once when I was AFK overnight and still registered as a CEO boss. Never happened to me when not registered as a boss. Sucks to lose all that cargo though. Especially if you had been doing Yohan missions to fill it up.
I've been raided without the security upgrade, but pretty sure I was at over 50% stock. Now I never get raided because I always sell around 90 crates to get the minivan sale vehicle.
I have heard that only the Tale of Us Djs use the dry ice, so it would be a waste if you don't plan to use them in the club. Also, if get the top-mounted machine gun for the Pounder Custom, there are a couple places on the map where you can get stuck.(somewhere in the dock area in the south and that bridge near the altruist camp.)
Can the up and atmoizer get it unstuck from those places? The only reason I bought the atomizer is because I always get my delivery vehicles stuck in trees and ridiculous places. the atomizer has saved me so much time and failures
The mission reset seems to have been patched so it still works, but you can only trigger a "blue" mission once every in game day. However you can guarantee the non-vip missions (the blue dot) by being in passive mode when you trigger it with the lift.

My wife and I both have been raided in the night club when we were on the PS4, but we switched over to PS5 two weeks ago and haven't been raided yet. But that is really down to the cycle of the game's timing for raids. We're due for one in about two or three days.
I never sell in a public lobby, there's always atleast one person killing everything in site. I very rarely play at all in public lobbies. The bonus just isn't worth the trouble, in my opinion.
I just started a few months ago. I like to just collect cars and customize em. I drove up on another player, check out his car....he killed me and stalked me the entire time I was on killing me lol. I just left and went private. Sucks there are players that just can't chill and play.
I have nightclub for few weeks now with all upgrades and I just ignore VIP's when I get Troublemaker then I do it and popularity level is always at max that way, didint even change a DJ and didint do any Popularity missions always max just by throwing out people.
Yes I do get raidea Quite often in the nightclub It is fully maxed out with the security, staff, and equipment upgrades I am also letting people know that I don't have the troublemakers or having to drop off a VIP somewhere that often either. Actually, it's very seldom I get those.
Also when upgrading the pounder do not lower it and do not use the plow in the front also do not add the grenade launcher to the top of it you will have clearance issues the Rockets are a must just because they make things easier for certain deliveries. When making deliveries in that truck it's also to your benefit to use the first person view where the cameras on the hood it makes your hitbox much smaller and more manageable. Also I cannot sweat the importance of having the railgun as your last line of defense, especially against armored combatants.

The raids are supposedly on a timer. After you reach 20% capacity in the warehouse, or 40% with the security upgrade, the raid timer begins. If it reaches zero before you sell, you get a raid mission. The security upgrade also increases the time limit before the raid timer hits zero. You cannot be raided if you are not a Boss, which goes for every business that can be raided, so if you’re paranoid don’t stay a CEO or MC President especially more often than necessary if you are idle in free mode. (By idle I mean not doing a mission or event activity).
@@v1nniacb452 Not sure, I just let my MC businesses sit without any stock or supplies so I wouldn’t have to risk doing another setup mission in case it affects the nightclub as well.
I’ve been raided before seems to occur when I get over a million in goods seems to happen after that but as long as I defend it the next raid doesn’t happen for a long time I failed once and it seemed to restart the raid once I got over a million I’ve had it on both characters and on PS4 and ps5 I’ve got the upgrades purchased aswell

13:11 So for the security, i wouldn't recommend it until you start having over 1m in stock on the regular. I didnt get it until i had all 5 levels of warehouse and i didn't start getting raided until then. I have only been raided twice in 5 months, both were when i didn't have the upgrade.
I got the nightclub when they first came out. I never had the security upgraade. I only got raided there once. The MC businesses, however, get raided any time I step outside with it active. Sometimes multiple in a row before it gives me an opportunity to deactivate it. As for when to sell the goods, it doesn't matter. It's static money generation, so it's coming in on a regular timer no matter what you do, at least for the first 20 hours it takes for the biker businesses to fill up, so any time before that and it's operating at maximum efficiency. So, really, it just boils down to whenever you want the money, and when you have a chance to sell it.
Hey man, I’m new at this gaming stuff but I make 2 plus million every 24 hours with my nightclub. I use a rubber band to make me walk a tight circle right in front of the safe. This makes 50k an hour then it also helps load up the warehouse. So I get 650-750k every 24hrs then another 1-1.4 million in the warehouse. So over 2 million every 24hrs. I’m happy with that. @@ibrahim7865 you have to have the biker business and at least one special cargo warehouse. You don’t have to run sell missions for them but have to have them running. Then you assign your technician to each product and they source it while you’re playing or just spinning in front of the safe. I get about 1.3 million from the warehouse every 24 hours and another 800k to a million from the safe

@@ibrahim7865 , I don’t let it fill all the way but it will take two days . I run it every 24 hours at around 1.1 to 1.3 million. Also yes your ps5 will need to be on and you need to have the controller plugged in and put a rubber band on the right side to make it like the room is spinning and that’s it
I had some raids on my nightclub. 1. Collect 3 items from some bad npc. Just shoot them and Collect them and bring it to the nightclub. 2. The cops at your door . Yust take them out. The mk2 ore spearow will make it easy.

I've never been raided but the police have seized my goods a few times (very irritating). It only happens when I've been AFK. To avoid it, be sure to retire from being a CEO before going AFK and you should be fine.
i have problem with the nightclub sourcing goods because it doesnt source too much when i play. i even have my bunker making stuff at all times by doing only 1 supply produce selling but evenh that sometimes shows 0 instead of sourcing goods in nightclub
The fastest way to increase popularity Is to go on your arcade master control terminal and buy different DJ and increase it when you back out from the terminal make sure you own at least 2 and you can alternate easy
Sadly going up and down the elevator no longer switches the VIP to a Troublemaker, also be careful, if you go down to a basement levels and then return to the night..... If you had a Troublemaker he may vanish 😕
My nightclub gets raided at least once before every sale, though I usually leave it to max out each product. I haven't used Yohan much, though it is a viable way to fill up on stock, as well as business battles. I have security and love how it looks, I just would have enjoyed some missions inside to use it 😅. 🙏🕊️
I have had my Nightclub for over 2 1/2 years I can count on one hand how many times I have got a raid. Yohan is fine to use if you want to fill up the Nightclub Warehouse slightly faster. Usually clearing a Business Battle with either Cargo or Weapons is way more effective to fill your Nightclub Warehouse.
I have had zero raids on this nightclub. As you can see I have only sold it a few times and always leave it full. It seems that some people are super lucky and others not.
You don’t need to do the elevator method before you walk into your nightclub or before the mission pops up put yourself in passive mode and it’ll keep it from giving you a vip mission and you’ll always be able to toss someone out
bro, this game is all about cosmetic. the cars, the houses, the condos, the outfits ... thats the point of making money, to have fun and spend on any cosmetic things you like or just dream of in our real life
I have my night club guards and I got raided twice in a week. Never happened b4. Oh yeah tip for anyone with the hold the run button to sprint. Pull up you phone indoor control much better
This is amazing. When I saw the video I went the same second to buy and do everything as you did in the video. Next thing I will do is Agency, I've seen that video 2/3 days ago as well. Here is the thing - I am doing crystal, cola, money, id, grass for like 3 weeks separately and like 4 days ago I've seen this video and I had to buy a nightclub to connect it all. It cost me around 10 millions with the truck, upgrades, etc. I've completed everything as you did but my nightclub after completing every single one (7/7) to its fullest capacity, it can be sold for only 1.9 million $. Here you are selling it for 3.3 million $ and you didn't do Organic Produce and Printing & Copying which means if you've done that you'd go for over 4 millions $. So I am asking you what am I doing wrong? Everything is on full capacity yet only like 1.9 million $ to sell. At least nightclub is making me (safe) passive income and I've already received about 4 million just from that.
1.9 x 2. In the beginning I mention that as I was recording this video it happened to be 2X pay on nightclub goods. Everything in the guide works the same either way but the pay will be different. I also sold in a full public lobby.
Does it matter which technicians I have assigned to my mc businesses? I have a bunker and coke lockup but my nightclub cargo doesn’t appear anymore. How do you fill up the cargo goods?

After I started playing GTAO after the new DLC I’ve gotten raided a good amount which is weird because I never got raided before. I’m not sure if R* did something or if it just a freak coincidence.
I have been raided multiple times. I don’t have security upgrade. But I have found a way around it. Just don’t stay as VIP or disband motorcycle club as soon as you are done with their missions.
I started a new character and I started out with 153 mil and by the time I was done...and I don't have everything and a few cars it drained me down to 5 mill but on that note the nightclub is fully upgraded and I did buy the kosatka so yeah with the price rises they made it was teal expensive.
For the reset on the nightclub pop job, step outside of the club. If you go passive, it will give you a troublemaker when you go back in, and never a VIP. You can toss them out, leave, come back in, and another troublemaker will be there. You can fill for free and make 10k a pop that way.
@tommi8130 nope. I do it every day. Series X E&E version. Just did it right now. Go passive, walk in the garage door, go uo the stairs to the office, dot appears, toss em out, step outside, come back in, do it again, repeat till full and you get 10k a pop. It is working, right now.
@arielballejo3917 not sure why that is. I've seen people say this before this video a couple times, but it has always worked for me. I just go passive, walk in, get the text, boot him out, walk out, walk back in, and it repeats. I'm not sure why some folks have issues, but for me, it has worked every day since someone pointed it out forever ago. No idea 🤷🏽♂️
