Charlie, start by securing money planets and fill them with mines, like Kessel, Ilum, Jedha, Malastare, Aaragu, Aeten II, Abregado Rae and Jakku Chandrila and Borleas with the space Mines, and try to use The Moffs, there 2 of them, to boost your income on the mining planets on Aaragu and Malastare, and if you can go to Zhar, and build the tibbana gas refinery, if you can conquer Dathomir and Polus too there are another mining planets. Build the XQ Stations too. Ive been playing for 3 years so, thats basic and esencial, then dedicate to to space/ground production and the tech levels

Charlie! solid ideas' but you need to know where all the capital shipyards are. Those planets are the key to winning. Doing this will be good for you. Good on you Eck. 😋🤪

You get spy probes from the level 1 Imperial factory and you'll need to use the filter tabs to find it. Imo you should show only big/important ground battles. A unit suggestion: if you build the "Advanced Cruiser Dockyard" I recommend getting the *Star Galleon* which is a fleet tender/repair ship which is also good for anti fighter/anti corvette.(use the filter tabs since units can buried and not seen unless you use the filters). Oh and don't forget to get Governor,Moff and Imperial Palaces. Along with Mining facilities and stations on certain planets.

Well played, but keep in mind that not all heroes do respawn and those that do need to be rescued by conquering a planet

Please do a whole playthrough! Would appreciate it. It would be cool to see more frequent or longer episodes because it is a lengthy campaign. I just personally would enjoy watching

I like the ground battles. Take a poll I think you may be surprised. AotR has the best ground battles of any mod period.

I love this mod. It makes every single ship and unit the most precious thing and losing them painful in the extreme. But even better... now you WILL lose ships. Crap... I think I might be a masochist?

Also in the north you can get Aeten II that will let you build Tie- Phantoms. They are useful for giving your artillery ships vision. They tend to have longer ranges than they can actually see.

Hyper velocity cannons are very powerful well worth the credits per week if you build a few along you eastern border you can go south and north without having to worry about having you flanks undefended

PRO TIP: Admiral Ozzel has a debuff for the entire fleet. So long as you have Vader or someone else with a positive buff for the fleet babysitting him the debuff won't kick in but if he's by himself all your units get -10%. So its best to keep him in Vader's fleet.

yaga minor is important for the thrawn quest. if your willing to spend the resources building golon threes is not a bad plan. ops yagaminor can carry up to 5 golan platforms.

Charlie, early-game Empire struggles with enemy corvettes and other light ships, including some frigates, while they are often quite credible threats to your star destroyers. The best counter I've found for them is massed strike craft, enough bombers to kill even anti-fighter corvettes before they can really respond, and enough fighters and interceptors to keep enemy fighters off your bombers. The best way to get that many strike craft without either breaking the bank or running out of unit cap is stuff like Gozantis and Escort Carriers - don't think of them as expensive for the strike craft they bring, think of them as that much cheaper per-fighter than a Victory or something and saving you money by not having to replace front-line combatants from either losing the fighter war or the light ship one.

Well Charlie first and foremost, AOTR has alot to learn, highly recommend the ingame tutorial sections in the mission log for weapons and ship roles. Income is of course important more so since defense cost income in this mod, namely planets with mines put the income heros their (apparently in space is good enough), maybe build some freighters every now and again to take advantage of trade routes. Second, Sullest, Kuet, Mon Cal among others (this is one or 2 in the bottom right i think) are capital shipyard planets, Corellia has a special shipyard for the empire. Different lvls of production buildings give you different units, IE tier 1 barracks gives you the imperial army and support companies, tier 2 gives stormtroopers, tier 3 assault troopers and other elite troops. different combinations of shipyard give you access to different types of ship as i recall (unless they changed that) IE a frigate yard plus a fighter yard gives you carrier vessels, where as a capital yard and a fighter yard gives you ISDs with better fighter compliments. Lastly, TRY NOT TO LOSS YOUR VENATORS! You cant replace them and can refit them into carrying ties if you want.

ISD 1s have POWER TO ENGINES, ISD 2s have power to weapons, yes i know its the same icon, but if you look closely the engines really LIGHT up like a rocket booster.

2 important things about this mod, 1st minor heroes get perma death and the important ones don't get killed but you have to rescue them, 2nd Glory to the empire!!!

How are you supposed to fight ground battles legitimately. I’m forced to stealth and spam bombard or hope auto resolve works well.

I really don't know how to play this mod. No faction has any ships, all planets have a defence fleet, and nobody got any cash

I'm not sure if it's been fixed yet but the battle of endor can't be completed as the empire so you may want to be mindful of that also don't take every unit off your planets leave at least one on each planet the black sun and rebels will start to raid your planets eventually and if you don't have at least an at at or a building that produces at at's you will most likely lose those planets also I hope you eventually let non patreon people see your fall of the republic playthrough I'm not a fan of locking content behind paywalls ea are already bad enough but I guess that's your choice

can anyone here help me get 2.9 working on workshop? first time downloading mods and for some reason it wont allow me to open it.

I wish I could run this game, my PC can run Warzone 1440p on High settings at 100fps. I play this and get like 15 and it freezes all the time.

How do you get that UI? seems more organized than the stock UI.

The empire is way to weak. Has like no ships. I can't even take a planet without losing half my fleet if at all.
